Why did you post a screenshot of the 'MSI Driver Utility Installer' in the thumbnail and not use that in the video? Why show something as basic as opening their website and downloading drivers from their drivers and utilities page? Guess what, "Easy" would have been the first option. Nothing "Tech" about what you did. A "Geek" you are far from.
Is this the same as using the MSI Driver Utility Installer?
What about just using the MSI center for drivers

You cant do this because you dont have internet because with certain motherboards ( ex. Z790 ) the present msi driver file do not install properly once you download them to usb drive. This problem would not exist if motherboard manufacturers included driver package on a mini disc or usb drive that might cost 2 or 3 dollars in the purchase. Just a stupid way to do business when buyers are spending $150 to $ 400 dollars for new motherboards.
How do I work around this?
I have a z790 , what should i do ?
Return your z790 and order Gigabyte z790,, no issues with updating the motherboard. Hopefully you can teturn it. I am not trying to sell you onthe Gigabyte, but it solved the issue.

Hi brother, I have a AMD PRO R4 Processor with integrated graphics of 512mb, Ram of 16 GB DDR4 2666Mhz(upgraded from 4GB), 256 GB SSD(installed while upgrading Ram), 483 GB HDD. Now my problem is even after the upgradation and Installation of os in the ssd, it is dead slow....how to make faster, please help me
maybe upgrade your m.2 drive .make sure it is NVME
