- Parkside named its new Performance model "12V cordless hammer drill". Milwaukee calls the M12 CH model "sub compact SDS plus hammer". Well, lets see if there is any real difference between those two.

The Parkside hammer drill is already in my arsenal.

Love these tests , ie a diy tool against as pro brand tool ,, 90% of the performance for 25% of the price ,,
90% of us customers will buy the brand we already have batteries for and won’t start a new battery platform , thanks for the review as I have one on the way from Germany to the uk ,,,
you will have to buy 5times new pakrside before you brake miwaukee 🤥
@@mirop8864for home use I'm not sure, studies have concluded that drillers are used something like 20mins of continuous use in their lifespan in this case.

Went to dewalt tools now but I do rate parkside performance tools unfortunately hard to get in uk now.

A quick glance at Lidl's UK website is enough to see that a Performance plasma cutter with an integrated compressor is/was on sale this week.

It's not pointless. These 2 drills exist now, not sometime in the future. WHEN Milwaukee releases a new model, we could then wait for the next revision of the Parkside, and so on...
I think the software/controlboard is the reason the soft-start interferes with a normal spin up of the parkside tool. They messed this up, you cannot even drive screws in with this thing! It goes full retard, you cannot dose the speed. And 1.1J is a joke for drilling into concrete also. They made mistakes, but 12v is not the right platform for the 'professional brushless' series of parkside.
