Great video!!! I’m 59, post menopause and I have CCCA. I was diagnosed in 2014. I am also a part time Trichology student because I want to be able to not just help myself but others as well. I have had great result with the following supplements that I take on a regular basis. The first five supplements are supplements that I take because CCCA is an auto immune disorder. They are Glutathione, Vitamin D, Curcumin, Probiotics and Resveratrol. I do not take omega 3 supplements because I learned that the best source of omega 3 comes from foods rich in omega 3 and not supplements. So, I make sure I get a healthy dose of omega 3 from the foods that I eat on a daily basis. I also make an oil mixture of castor oil, rosemary oil, and fenugreek oil that I massage my scalp with three time a week. One of the main things that I do that has worked wonders and maybe even put my CCCA into remission, for over two years now, is intermittent fasting. I also make sure I eat five servings of vegetables every day. The goal is 8 servings but for some reason it never happens. I eat clean on Monday-Friday and without going crazy I eat whatever I want Saturday and Sunday. All of this may seem excessive but It works for me and I want to keep hair on my head for as long as possible. CCCA is tough! Let’s keep supporting and sharing ideas. Best of luck to you all and God bless.

Hello, recently discovered your channel and so happy that I did as very few I can relate to with this type of great content. I have experienced post menopausal hair loss with deep receding hairline in the front. I am trusting the Lord for restoration and focussing more now on addressing this internally together with selective natural topical treatments. I have been taking starflower oil capsules (also known as borage oil) for hormonal balance for the last few months and this has been a game changer for me personally and is helping menopausal symptoms and I am noting regrowth in the temple area in recent weeks after trying many different things for years. I am also applying cold pressed organic tamanu oil at night in recent weeks. It has a mild earthy fenugreek scent but I don't mind. I also take organic aloe vera juice and drink green tea daily In addition I recently started taking saw palmetto tincture and stinging nettle tincture 40 drops in water daily. I have done a lot of research on hormonal hair loss on this journey (about 9 years) and monitored what my body is telling me both negatively and positively and adjusted accordingly as this is not a one size fits all process. I take a multi vitamin supplement and vitamin D. I have also started taking Seven Seas omega 3, 6 & 9 capsules. This particular supplement brand also contains pumpkin seed oil which is helpful. I carefully wash my hair regularly and try to eat healthy and drink water and manage stress by praising God. 😊 I hope this helps someone, don't give up and be inspired. At the end of the day hair is only a small part of who we truly are in this world. Be blessed from the UK😊

I was taking turmeric with black pepper, but I have to take Plaquinil for SLE so I don't take turmeric anymore. I wanted to take Nutrafol but it doesn't fit into my budget so I'm looking into Viviscal

We have to tell people that they need to take Rick in addition to hair vitamins. They might need to take multivitamins if their diet is not strong.lmultiWhat happens when you take the vitamins, whereveri take two different multivitamins, one of which has45mg of iron, in addition to seairishseamoss, drinking greeter, drinking more water, always helps, has just taken a supplement with hyaluronic acid in it your body needs it’s those nutrients if your kidneys needed your heart or your liver or anything elsethat’s more important that vital vital organs and more important than the body is gonna absorb those minerals for those organs but if you take a multivitamin in addition to a vitamin, you’re probably gonna be covered

Hello, I hate that I missed the live chat. My bald spot in the very top of my head has spread. I will continue to use the Doxycycline hyclate capsules and the Clobetasol Propionate Ointment that my dermatologist prescribed with the Nutrafol. However, the Nutrafol upset my stomach. I will start the natural approach when I stop the medication. Hopefully I will get good results from the medication. I do not want to stay on the medication for a long time. I have a follow-up appointment in December. I stopped taking the 4 Nutrafol capsules and I only take 1 with a multiple vitamins. Great information and chat.
