    He should go to jail for pointing the finger and lying on the stand. What a scumbag.

    I wonder everytime I see another one of these heartbreaking cases, how many more stories like this are there out there?… and how many people are getting away with murders and rapes that they have loads more clear evidence on them and yet the police or the D.A’s don’t press charges or claim they “don’t have enough evidence”… just such a mess and a travesty and a tragedy and a waste of good people.

    We need to get rid of qualified immunity for both the prosecutors and police it's long overdue.

    If you lie and identify a man as committing a crime knowing that he didn’t do the crime, you should have to go to jail and do the same time. Do not tell a lie! You ruined a man’s life because you have no backbone. That is ridiculous, there is no excuse for this. And, he got a place to live, parking tickets excused and a roof over his head, all because he told a lie?! Corruption

    Looks like the prosecutor's table is taking it personally. They shouldn't, especially if the snitch guy was paid off. That looks funny to me.

    18 years is such a long time. Big respect to those who believed in Graves innocence. Sebesta on the other hand should had been severely punished, not only disbarred.

    First case , there is still no justice , or at least they forgot to mention , i was hoping to see those liers in jail and i mean everyone . Perhaps Lamar got some monetary compensation , but no money are enough for the time he did spend in jail . But as i am not familiar to the US law i will never know

    Kelly Siegler should run for president! She’s an honest, ethical woman. Person. Prosecutor! And so glad to read that Sebesta was disbarred - as he should be! He’s a criminal.

    THis will end up being Richard Allen in the Delphi case yrs down the road if he is convicted in May. Sad that so many people are wrongfully convicted in this day an age. Even when they are proven innocent after being convicted people still dont believe it. Thankfully people are out there to help bring justice to these cases even if its 2 decades later

    The American justice system is crazy. One minute it’s slapping on the wrist and letting people off on technicalities, the next it’s dishing out excessively harsh sentences and railroading people (guilty as well as innocent I imagine).

    Not to trust the witnesses...the ones who testified for them 30 years ago?

    • @conniesmith9732
      @conniesmith9732 3 місяці тому +2

      Only 1 testified.. and he did everything he could to make it right in the end.. he was an inadequate personality and he was a drug addicted weak man when he said what he said to please the detective-(and get paid and have his life changed for the favor of making the cops case for them!) I don’t blame Greg, I blame the multiple cops who knew better and instead of going where the evidence led; they made the innocent suspect fit the crime. So much gross injustice 💔

    Looking someone in the eyes is 100% fool proof to know if they are telling the truth! Lmao law enforcement or legal people saying that is proof. Stupid people can be smart enough to get hire to extremely important positions.
