I hope when that Mccready meets his maker he'll be shown just how many lives he effed up by being a dirty lazy lying cop And I bet it was more than just that poor young fellas life he messed up
I wonder everytime I see another one of these heartbreaking cases, how many more stories like this are there out there?… and how many people are getting away with murders and rapes that they have loads more clear evidence on them and yet the police or the D.A’s don’t press charges or claim they “don’t have enough evidence”… just such a mess and a travesty and a tragedy and a waste of good people.
If you lie and identify a man as committing a crime knowing that he didn’t do the crime, you should have to go to jail and do the same time. Do not tell a lie! You ruined a man’s life because you have no backbone. That is ridiculous, there is no excuse for this. And, he got a place to live, parking tickets excused and a roof over his head, all because he told a lie?! Corruption
18 years is such a long time. Big respect to those who believed in Graves innocence. Sebesta on the other hand should had been severely punished, not only disbarred.
First case , there is still no justice , or at least they forgot to mention , i was hoping to see those liers in jail and i mean everyone . Perhaps Lamar got some monetary compensation , but no money are enough for the time he did spend in jail . But as i am not familiar to the US law i will never know
Kelly Siegler should run for president! She’s an honest, ethical woman. Person. Prosecutor! And so glad to read that Sebesta was disbarred - as he should be! He’s a criminal.
God is everywhere in this"forgive, and you shall be forgiven." This is awesome. The lessons are endless. God can use you anyway, HE chooses. That is what being chosen is about. Not a bed of roses !!!!!!!!
THis will end up being Richard Allen in the Delphi case yrs down the road if he is convicted in May. Sad that so many people are wrongfully convicted in this day an age. Even when they are proven innocent after being convicted people still dont believe it. Thankfully people are out there to help bring justice to these cases even if its 2 decades later
The American justice system is crazy. One minute it’s slapping on the wrist and letting people off on technicalities, the next it’s dishing out excessively harsh sentences and railroading people (guilty as well as innocent I imagine).
the justice system is not what's broken it's the crooked cops pushing that guy to say it was him and cost him nearly 30 years went in at 21 now go get your multi million dollars owed to you sir hold your head up there's still time to have with your daughter's many new happy memories 🙏
Only 1 testified.. and he did everything he could to make it right in the end.. he was an inadequate personality and he was a drug addicted weak man when he said what he said to please the detective-(and get paid and have his life changed for the favor of making the cops case for them!) I don’t blame Greg, I blame the multiple cops who knew better and instead of going where the evidence led; they made the innocent suspect fit the crime. So much gross injustice 💔
Looking someone in the eyes is 100% fool proof to know if they are telling the truth! Lmao law enforcement or legal people saying that is proof. Stupid people can be smart enough to get hire to extremely important positions.
Why doesn't this have WAY more views? Thats concerning that is not in the algorithm 🤷🏾
I was shocked as well. I look at 48 Hours all the time and was shocked there are not many comments. Fix it Jesus. 🙏

Innocence Projects comes So Late. Almost after they serve nearly 30yrs.
I am so grateful that you are free.My brother did 37 and a 1/2 years for crime. He did not commit out of tampa prayers❤ 7:07
Cant believe it that prosecutor is gonna sit there and sell 5 jailhouse snitches as credible...
Detective Joe Nickerson should also be held accountable.
He should go to jail for pointing the finger and lying on the stand. What a scumbag.
Now, I see why people are in prison for the rest of their lives.😢😮# No Justice # You can get away with lying # Is cops do it every day # People lie
This is not fair.
I can't believe this ! Lamar johnson When he gets out, he needs to hurry up and get a lawyer to sue . This don't make no sense
He deserved every penny worth his years of innocence. Smh

"But this is 48 Hours and we're an hour show. So we gotta draaag it out.."
Lol
We need to get rid of qualified immunity for both the prosecutors and police it's long overdue.

Looks like the prosecutor's table is taking it personally. They shouldn't, especially if the snitch guy was paid off. That looks funny to me.
1.4 million? He needs 18 million or more smh

I don't know how u can't identify him but just go along with the detective anyways. How do u sleep atnight,?
Edit: they left him alive?.sketchy 😢
They need to fix this let him out now

That lawyer Sebesta whatever his name is, is sooooo evil smh
Did they make a biopic abt this
Sometimes, snitches need to protect the innocent.

I don’t think so. Who killed those 2 sweet girls then?

Carter has burns ans cuts yet he claims he didnt particpate in the murders 😂
what about the Innocence Project? Oh that's right. They're too busy defending the defenseless Scott Peterson
All of those detectives and prosecutors, KNOWING they are convicting innocent men, should be convicted themselves!
Why’s CBS posting this ?
Because 48 hours is their show! What do you mean why?
Nobody should decide when to end a persons life except god. Period. SMH.

Not to trust the witnesses...the ones who testified for them 30 years ago?
Only 1 testified.. and he did everything he could to make it right in the end.. he was an inadequate personality and he was a drug addicted weak man when he said what he said to please the detective-(and get paid and have his life changed for the favor of making the cops case for them!)
