Random Memory: - I went to a Baptist Church and the YPF (Young Peoples's Fellowship) all went to one person's home to watch a TV pop music show, probably/possibly after evening service. I still remember seeing this that night. I would have been in my early teens, and was out of my depth with the older kids, especially the girls!
There was actually a movie called “The Night Has A Thousand Eyes” but it came out over a decade before the song. There was also a book. Neither is about having your girlfriend spied upon to see if she’s been cheating. It’s just a great title.

Being named Robert, myself, I couldn't help but notice. Shortly after she started listening to these guys, however, the whole world changed when the Beatles took over the world. Everything old was gone: Elvis Presley, The Four Seasons, The Beach Boys. Nothing really thrived after the Beatles arrived on the scene. I was there when the world changed.

A group of the popular performers would travel the U.K. and perform in theatres for one night only. It must have been exhausting for them. He appeared in a British movie with Helen Shapiro, Billy Fury and lots of others. Each artist performing one of their songs. The movie had no real story or plot.
