I was 15 when this happened. I remember watching them with my cousin who was so taken with Engelbert. I loved them both. Amazing how Tom’s voice is still so strong; so flawless.

My father said the same thing about Tom Jones. I was just a young teen and Dad said that guy can really sing he is going to be a huge star. I saw a Tom John’s show in Vegas ! He was fantastic! After the show went to dinner ( it was late) my ex and I were in the restaurant alone, when in walks Tom Jones with a young lovely. I’ve met a few stars in my time Tom Jones without doubt the most down to earth and likeable human being of any of them.
