I remember taking my Jack Russell called Lola for the longest walk she'd ever had on the night before we had to re- home her, she tried to attack our granddaughter and we couldn't put up with that. All the kids put away their mobile phones and were blown away. So much beauty and power in that performance, incredible.

Vanilla Sky angered me and I hated it for a really long time. This song always stuck in my head though. I was taking an elective in college that was very similar to what would be considered mindfulness today. I really did learn how to meditate in the present moment. I'm definitely using this for Vinyasa yoga.
