Crikey, what an awesome day, spending the day filming, caching, chatting and laughing is all the things I love most. Thanks Josh for such a wonderful day. See you at the next big event mate.
1 Event 2 traditional 3 Mystery 4 Letterbox 5 Whereigo 6 Multi 7 Mega 8 Locationless 9 GPS Adventure Exhibit 10 Earth 11 Virtual 12 Lab cache 13 Community celebration event This is a new record. The global high score was tied between about 100 people at 12 types a day. Possible ones not done: Webcam, CITO, Project APE, Giga event, Geocaching HQ, Geocaching HQ celebration, Geocaching HQ Block Party. HQ is closed at the moment and they tend to be closed on weekends, when most giga and mega events happen so getting above 13 is a brutal task. BRAVO sir!
Yay! Look at you two filling geocaching goals! How you were able to pull off this kind of energy after a late night around a campfire is a testament to how much you love this game. The most icons I have found in one day is 10, and that happened waaaayyyy back in 2010 for GeoWoodstock when it was in Sellersburg, Indiana. It was fantastic to have been around you both for this trip, as well as in the company of many others who share the passion for geocaching like we do.
I have no idea! I did buy Craig a triple shot Starbucks when we got started and the donuts pulled us the rest of the way through! It was awesome to spend time with you too Jason.
Great collab! Two of my favourites together! And congrats on all the finds in that day. Maybe after corona you can do the reverse and come to Australia, that would be cool!
Just got the screen on my iPhone repaired after it shattered from all the energy putout in the companion video to this one over on Seemyshell's UA-cam channel. Your video was equally entertaining, but now I have the incontrollable urge to get a donut and go on a roundtrip. 🦀
Fun to watch you guys do all the icons! Never done it myself. Just went to my first Community Celebration Event yesterday! Can't wait to go to more events this year! Exciting! 😎😎😎
Very fun adventure! I didn’t even know there were 13 types of caches as far as the geostats go on profile pages go I thought there were only 9...or 10 if events count. Reverse Wherigos are so fun. Hey, nice Vans! Off the wall, man 😄 TFTV!
Great video, cannot wait until I can go to any event, just a coffee morning would do. The last event was 29 feb 2020. Fingers crossed here in the UK after 21 June, events will be back on. 😀 Thanks for uploading x
I watched both of the participating GeoVloggers' videos this morning before work. What a fun-filled day of Geocaching! 13 Icons in 1 day?!!! Exceptional! I think my record is 5...I'm more amazed at seeing how 2 different people capture the same Adventure in such a different way. In direct contrast to this, I am going to make this exact same comment onto the other Vlogger's video! HA!
"Cheese!' ... "Cheers!" lol Ah, Craig nailed the Aussie nature stereotype, haha. #SteveIrwin Ok the dog house one was great. I know too many people who would never enjoy it the way y'all did :) ooooh hey, never thought of using the reverse wherigo as a stage 1. People here tend to make a puzzle to learn the initial numbers for the wherigo. Hmm... lol @ 7:40 *backs away slowly*
7:39 The person just backs away 🤣

Thanks. I could’ve got a webcam in WY, but I wanted to stick around and be with friends at the celebration event.
I learnt so much about all the different types of caches thanks to this video
That’s awesome.
It was a great event and wonderful to see fellow cachers again. I was able to find 12 cache types.
I just got my record, 105 caches in a weekend this weekend, with 78 in one day too! I’m so happy
I love these types of goals and challenges.
Great video with 2 of my faves. I did all but 2 of those. Got my big icon day as well. 13 + a benchmark
Great to see you again Mel, it was a pretty sweet day. Love events so much.
Looks like you both had a great day and a lot of fun . Geat to see how you both bounce of each other
That is a Big Day of Geocaching - congrats to you both and thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!!!
It was such an awesome day...
You are some kind of crazy Josh, in a good way. Such a fun video.
As you can see, this was a really fun day.
Hehehe, I can concur hahaha
Looks Awesome in a few days I’m going to Hawaii and hopefully I will find some good geocaches
Different states of the US, that’s awesome, again will help qualify for more challenges. Yessss
Have fun!!
@@TheGeocachingVlogger thanks 😊
If you are on Oahu, you gotta get the oldest cache. GC23. Beautiful trail, can get muddy and slippery (rain forest-like) so bring a hiking stick!
You both had so much fun with this. And it was great getting to see you both at Mingo Madness

OMG when Craig was doing the Aussie accent I just wanted to say SHEEEET MAAAATE 😂 Man definately have FOMO for this video!
Looks like y’all had a great time!

Congrats on the 13 with Craig! The most cache type finds in a day I have is 7. :(
