That is so cool to see you come out to our area and check out the Geotour and the caches in the area. You did a great job on the video show casing the fun caches in the Moorhead area. Gia did a great job putting it together, along with Onionpond and M&M O and a few others. I can only give you a 7 for the dismount from the Crazy Tree.
Thanks for the great video featuring our Fargo-Moorhead GeoTour, Joshua! You did a great job capturing the spirit of Moorhead, Minnesota. To everyone else: COME VISIT! :)
I have done several GeoTours in the US and I have to say the FMGT has been my favorite so far. Thank you for highlighting this GeoTour with your vlog. Excellent Work!!!!
One of the reasons I love Geotours is because there is an investment in those creating them and they are funded by a tourism agency and in this case the local geocaching groups, which in turn typically means quality well maintained caches. It is a real win/win.
I really like the gadget at the end. I have never seen a Cryptex used like that. That is really cool. I think I want to reach out to him and have him on my channel. Absolutely genius.
That GeoTour is definitely going on my 'to do' list. I loved the walk-in ammo can. What a scathingly, brilliant idea. A few years ago I won a container made by Trycacheus. It was a replica of the cryptex container ( looked like a pipe bomb) that was blown up by the bomb squad in his community because someone report it as being suspicious.
Wow... yes chad makes some great stuff. The nice thing is that his stuff is on the side of cornfields here and doesn’t look quite so suspicious. Cache on, Nancy!
What a fun tour! It's definitely going on my list for next year! With all the caches on my list, I may not make it to Seattle in time for the events. I was very disappointed in the Delaware geotour a few years ago. Half the caches we attempted were gone, others were in bad shape, some were near businesses that had closed and something new had gone in, but descriptions and hints hadn't been updated on the cache page. It was a huge mess. We gave up and went to the beach.
Sad to hear about the Delaware Geotour. This tour is well maintained by Gia Caches. I think if you choose to visit you will enjoy. Make sure you give yourself enough time to visit Gilby, ND as well!
Definitely a bunch of great caches. I need to do more geotours, but they're all like 4-6 hours away. Big time investment to complete so many caches. haha (but the things we do for geocaching! and videos!)
Love the vids! I’ve been starting to Geocache again now that we can again, haven’t found any amazing ones yet though. It’s always a pill bottle under a lamp post cover, still a cool adventure though, wish the ones out here were that cool
we are here now and i'm so excited to do this tomorrow but none of the links or info work to get to the fargo-moorhead geo tour. I checked and theres a ton of links on Geochachings web page from people in the forums but looks like after 2020 it stopped. I'm hoping maybe if we go to the visitor center tomorrow and talk to them they can help us. Would love to do this! But we probably won't have time to do all 20 anyway so i guess we can just look on the app and go to some of the cool ones you showed. Great videos thanks! Exaclty the type we were looking for so i will surprise our friends tomorrow with some side trips to some pretty epic caches!
Sadly this Geotour is no more. Fargo Moorhead is a great place to visit and hopefully you do find some fun geocaches to do. I believe the giant ammo can cache is still going.
It must be so great to live up north where people do this kinda stuff, if I did this where I live (also on the Mississippi just in Louisiana) you’d be either arrested or shot, oh and there is no going into the woods. We don’t have woods here we just have swamp and they are filled with nothing but awful sadness, I hope Maine has some
This Geo tour no longer exists, I just started geocaching and have been to over half of these already! Sadly the last one, the gadget cache no longer exists.
I'm not sure what you mean by "staged". This is a video of a Geotour, a series of geocaching hidden in a city. If you find 20 of the 24 geocaches you get a geocoin as a reward. Let me know if you have other questions.
Sorry, I'm going to have to unsubscribe since you put ketchup on your hot dog. What a fun tour though. Ketchup? On a hot dog? So what kind of cool thing did you get for finishing the tour? I still can't believe the whole ketchup and hot dog thing.

A 7 on the dismount was generous. haha. The tour was so fun. Well done by everyone involved.
Thanks for the great video featuring our Fargo-Moorhead GeoTour, Joshua! You did a great job capturing the spirit of Moorhead, Minnesota.
To everyone else: COME VISIT! :)
I found the one at the Fargo visitors center.
Wow some.awesome caches on that geotour
What a fabulous geotour we haven’t many in the UK. Hopefully they are as well thought out as this tour.

Wow, just loved the Paul Bunyan ammo can!!! Love this channel!!! I have never done a geo tour...want to now!
Geotour are a blast and you something get a cool coin when you complete it. My next episode you will are the geocoin I got.
I have done several GeoTours in the US and I have to say the FMGT has been my favorite so far. Thank you for highlighting this GeoTour with your vlog. Excellent Work!!!!
So much variety in the FMGT!
Thanks enjoyed this GeoTour very much. We have only done one the Butler County Donut GeoTour
which was fun but the caches on this one are amazing.
Yes, it is awesome when the tours combine great caches with great places.
Thank you so much, Joshua 😍
Amazing video and fabulous geocaches ! 😮
Amazing Geo-tour! ALL those caches are fantastic! Nothing worse than doing a power trail with half arsed caches! FANTASTIC!
One of the reasons I love Geotours is because there is an investment in those creating them and they are funded by a tourism agency and in this case the local geocaching groups, which in turn typically means quality well maintained caches. It is a real win/win.
wow SOOO awesome I wish I could geocache with you I live in MN too
People are SO creative!! ♥️
Great Geo tour, love those ammo cans and creative caches
That's looked like a very fun day caches. Some great caches, a lot of effort put into them!
I love Geotours! So fun!
That tour looked like SO much fun! Well done cachers. GCV, you have inspired me to seek a geotour nearby! Yahoo!!
Awesome!
I really like the gadget at the end. I have never seen a Cryptex used like that. That is really cool. I think I want to reach out to him and have him on my channel. Absolutely genius.
Just wait till you see more of his caches on my channel in the following weeks!
The Geocaching Vlogger looking forward to it.
I'm really enjoying the videos! This week, I have been out to find 3 caches, which are my first in several years.
Loved that speedometer cache!
was watching this video for reference shots of you.:P
😱👏👏👏
That tree is just CRAZY!
Really cool geotour. My favorite was the giant ammo can
It was so cool!
Love the dive on the tree climb 🤣
WOW what an amazing Geo Tour. Thanks for taking us on the adventure.
Thanks for "coming along".
That GeoTour is definitely going on my 'to do' list. I loved the walk-in ammo can. What a scathingly, brilliant idea.

SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY!
Definitely a bunch of great caches. I need to do more geotours, but they're all like 4-6 hours away. Big time investment to complete so many caches. haha (but the things we do for geocaching! and videos!)
This tour was the perfect amount of caches. 24 caches was a perfect number.
Awesome!!!!!! Omg I have to see if there are possibly any near me but I’ve never heard of any...

I'm glad to see you finally made it to the Super Mario Brothers mural! I love Fargo!
It was so freaking cool. The cache was even better.
@@TheGeocachingVlogger I was there last July. It looks like it was about 1 month before the geotour was published. I have to go back! Lol.
I love 2 blocks away from the feeze! I didnt even know that was there!
🍦
Finally a reason to OPEN.THE.BORDER!!!
AMAZING geotour! Would love to go down there someday even tho I live in KS haha. Thanks for sharing! :)

Great ones are out there. Follow those fav points.
Another sweet sweet video mate. Love my geocoins..
Wait... were you "suckin' on chilli dog outside the Tastee Freez"? That place always makes me sing John Mellencamp songs.
Haha! Yes I was!!

I'll be there at 10 :)

Hopefully you'll be able to make the journey when things reopen :)
A few of our Canadian friends are hoping the border opens soon to come down and geocache.

Hello Geocaching Vlogger,
Do you know if this geotour is still up? I cannot find it on the Geocaching Website.
It is sadly archived.
@@TheGeocachingVlogger Oh ok. That's too bad, I missed it.

Wait can you take the stuff inside the geocache
Yes, if you trade for something of equal or greater value.
The Geocaching Vlogger ok thank you cause I’m new to this so
I think that the code for the last cache is 56560

7:49 🤢 Ketchup on a hot dog??? That's a sin!
Not for me!!! 🌭 I eat ketchup on my ketchup.
Can someone tell me if it’s staged or not? This is the first video I’ve ever watched about geocaching and trying learn more.
I'm not sure what you mean by "staged". This is a video of a Geotour, a series of geocaching hidden in a city. If you find 20 of the 24 geocaches you get a geocoin as a reward. Let me know if you have other questions.
The Geocaching Vlogger sorry I’ve just been seeing a lot of staged videos about geocaching. And no thank you no questions.
