- This is something only the government could justify! The City Attorney's Office at the Grand Rapids City Hall in Grand Rapids, Michigan, wanted to trespass me because I had a camera crew. So they called the police who also had a camera crew! They called a camera crew for a camera crew. That makes sense!

If a police person handcuffs a drunk person do the police take responsibility for injuries to that handcuffed drunk? If they are * to serve and protect* why handcuff them?...seems very unsafe to handcuff someone who's drunk.👁️👃👁️
Interesting fact, police only have a duty to protect you when you're in their direct custody. So in that case you are restrained, but they are responsible for you to make sure you don't hurt yourself or others, or others don't hurt you.
When they take you in custody they cannot put you in a dangerous situation. Like the cops that put the drunk lady in the cop car parked on a train track. The train came and you can guess the rest.
