The simple fact that a dozen cops handled a textbook assault and battery caught on camera, witnessed by a couple of people, and admitted to by the perp PROVES that they tried to cover up and minimize the crime UNTIL they viewed the building's security camera video. #disgusting

You mean,Crook County? 😅😅😅😅. Mannnnnn, I'm from Texas, and in Nueces County surrounding Corpus Christi, Texas, and what we natives call it the Coastal Bend, their sheriff's department sure are sketchy, seemingly sly,and always try to be slick when learning about the law.
Our constitution is the law of the land. Whether dumb, stupid, and ignorant people like it or not.
Ignorant people who don't like anyone to exercise our First Amendment in any public facility (that the TAXPAYERS PAID for,are certainly ignorant on so many things) that they generally didn't learn in high school these days.
Unlike in the 1960's,1970's,and in the 1980's,both public and private high schools had at least shown and presented of what our Bill of Rights looked like.
What they were, what they had meant, and what purpose they STILL had in this day and age,in the 🌎 we live today.
Tyrant Terminator Audits already KNOWS how it's done, when it comes to exercising our First Amendment constitutional rights in this country.
He may know a lot of things..but he doesn't know everything.
I'VE learned a few things that I didn't know about any corrupt judge that had,at one time, unlawfully prevented anyone from exercising our constitutional rights in a PUBLIC facility.
Inside any Cook County courtroom area, when it's NOT in session.
In so-called non secure areas, and in most of the areas inside just about anywhere in their Crook County courthouse.
      (I'm sorry,😅😅😅, it's Cook County courthouse. My bad. )
      No one does.
Not even Amagansett Press and Watching the Watchmen available on UA-cam.
The thing is, whenever anyone EVER put hands on anybody like that, and uses excessive force on anybody that's not breaking the law, then , believe me, it's on!
Making everyone else uncomfortable,is a poor pathetic example of why there's SO much ignorance in this country today!
      Goddamn! I'd be livid!
Rasing my voice quite a bit (that's NOT against ANY law I can find ; if the dumb, stupid, and ignorant cops want to unlawfully detain and then arrest me just for that ....then so be it!)
That's why we have lawyers in this country. If a financially low income American can do it,compared to people who are financially moderate middle income to (God forbid...) financially upper middle income, then why can't you ALL? What IS it that makes people so practically scared of her own shadow?
And their minds go into worp mode every time they see a camera?
(laughing 😂😂😂😂) ...Snickers,chuckles,then laughs out loud....
FYI : How many cameras were IN that public facility???

The courts don't hold women accountable for lying about paternity, faults restraining orders, faults accusations about sexual harassment. They can lie right in front of the courts, and nothing happens, or make fake accusations, or put any man's name down on a birth certificate, and the system will start garnishing his wages, and then he has to spend time and money to get his name off the paper, even though she just made it up. Women need to burden the poor to file a restraining order, and in many states, if she comes and spends the night in your home, she does not have to leave. Etc... this is the unfair system that the man-hating feminists have created.

An assault had been committed against TTA,just because some unhinged and uneducated public servant had been ignorant.
And grossly being misinformed about what exactly went down. R. Gonzalez sure had been copslaining having minor intimidation tactics, and then tried to infringe on TTA's constitutional rights.
Just because they, the law enforcement officers aren't really educated or interested in enforcing the laws they're supposed to enforce.
Not just to be feelings enforcement officers. Why TTA hadn't been provided a copy, after all of that went down had been another complaint on them of being delirious as if what the reason why they had to be there......had been unbelievable.
An infringement had been committed against TTA as well!
      That's insane!
And the dumb, stupid, and ignorant public servants were so s-s-s-scared of TTA! 😅😅😅😅
FYI : If there was ANY law,a penal code,and/or statute saying that it was illegal for anyone to exercise our First Amendment constitutional rights in a PUBLIC facility that the TAXPAYERS paid for (!) ,then believe me, it'd be unconstitutional.
Undemocratic. Un-Americqn. And NO public facility can lawfully do that, anyway.
      So there you go.

👍. Ignorant public servants like that, who are so uneducated and/or ignorant by being foolish, don't care about behaving like real grown-up adults, and to grin and bear it.
Swallow their misguided pride and ego(s).
And if they don't like and appreciate of the freedoms we have in this country, then they can start making plans.
Start making plans to travel. Get their passports, make some more plans to know what exactly what they are getting themselves into.
And move to another country where you (or they) DON'T have freedom!
Let's see how long THEY last.
Go to the United Arab Emirates - to Dubai - where you need consent to film and record anywhere in public.
Anywhere of every single person who doesn't want to be recorded in public (and unwillingly in private, where and when they don't expect it,in any situation) ...
And actually have permission from their government in order to do that.
      Provide legal documents,as well.
(I'd use fake names legally, from a court of law, however possible. Because it CAN legally be done in America, BEFORE you plan to travel to another country like the United Arab Emirates.
Especially Dubai. And/or anywhere else in that nation.)
As an American citizen or citizens,I'd be quite careful,if I were you.
Be provided with a permit with a lanyard that can be worn around the neck, and be presented in big, bold BLOCK letters.
And, needless to say, yes,it must be visible and be displayed in front of your shirt, skirt,or formal dress attire.
With a lapel,if provided with one.
Can't be bellergent and drunk in public.
Can't show affection in public even though you are married,or a couple.
      (That's crazy!)
Can't be dressed provocatively in public.
Must provide marriage licenses whenever and wherever you go in any motel or hotel.
Cannot raise your voice, especially in any dispute or argument among the natives,or shopkeepers that always try to scam tourists, especially if you're an American.
Let's see.......... thinking hard,; slowly, but surely.......... what else?
That may not be all there is, obviously.
Failure to comply with their bylaws CAN get you arrested.
Oh! I forgot! Can't eat meat anywhere in public, either, because as you know, it's their country.
There ARE designated areas in restaurants, that are , however, that are well hidden, and probably blocked or blacked out,so that nobody can see any of you.
(I bet they got delicious food over there. Wonder what the prices are over there, concerning of what the exchange rate between their currency and the U.S. dollar. )
A Muslim country. Like the United Arab Emirates available on UA-cam,where you'll probably find and click on some video where it says something like "Ten Things Not To Do In Dubai and in the United Arab Emirates... You CAN Get Arrested".
And let's see what you and everyone else will find,if you don't believe me.
If you ever get an opportunity to go travel there,by packing up your bags,be educated of what their culture is.
If you're curious of what their religion is.
If you're interested in how many shops that certainly sell women's clothing and there are so many retail stores that sell jewelry.
But underneath its surface,(?), there's a underside of the entire city of Dubai and everywhere else in that country that's l,well......... sketchy.
      Enjoy! 😃

A real flow shown by Leos. 1) The assailant confessed 2) TT recorded the assault. They could have easily reviewed the recording. Sure, TT would forward via text or e-mail as evidence, duh 3) I am pretty sure the Sargent could have made a decision with just the recording and arrested crazy Karen public employee. Where in America do law enforcement needs to wait for a Sargent, lieutenant, Deputy Commander, Commissioner, District Attorney, Governor - to arrest on a simple assault ??!!!

What’s left to investigate that’s ridiculous. you are exactly right-they do not want to arrest her but if it was you, you’d already be in the back of that car with handcuffs!

Right . The problem is when people get federal jobs they feel like they part of the law enforcement crew for some reason . And then they have the nerves to tell you to leave public property because people feel a certain way because you outside is crazy crazy . When u got to court please let the judge know that as well because these cops are going to far with forcing feelings I though u was gone say I’m not leaving anywhere I’m in public

This is AMERICA. No one has the RIGHT to “feel comfortable”., ESPECIALLY while at work.
Paying taxes makes me feel uncomfortable, but the police never press government to stop making me pay “because I don’t feel comfortable.”
Arguing, debating, listening to copsplaining, etc ONLY ENCOURAGES COPS TO KEEP DOING IT.
If everyone simply said “no” to all of it and remained silent all of that crap would go away.

EXACTLY! The rodeo was over before the cops got there, no matter how hard they tried to keep it going. She admitted it, she did it in front of witnesses, it was captured on lobby video cameras, and he had video of the assault. If he did not have it on his video, I would wager the outcome would have been considerably different.

You absolutely did the right thing , public servants can't go hands on , case closed , they've been sitting at that desk too long and they think it's their job site , their office , their building , thinking they are in authority. But I think the top commander knew his position as a law enforcement by giving you a yes or no and didn't want to know about the apology, because it states if you break the law all you have to do is apologize and it's over.
