This is amazing Linda...i've just been told today about my interview pass in Saudi....i dont know the position yet as not recieved paperwork but i had to wait for my answer from the recruitment since 4th August! Your video gives me abit of confidence, i am british bangladeshi and i have been to thornton heath area. I am hoping to take my lil family with me :) to Saudi
Wow! This is amazing! Congrats! Yes things move at a really slow pace, everything takes that much more time in Saudi, good luck and wishing you all the best with your Saudi move!
Just one more questioned, when you moved did you have to do any OSCE type test, i think call it prometric...i have very little knowledge as i am mental health nurse by background
Thank you for your video, Linda! I am a French nurse with 3 years of experience. Do you think that I can apply ? I have an intermediate level in English (B1)
Thanks for sharing this amazing video. Please, any chance you could provide a bit insight into salary/renumeration for a RMN from the UK with approximately 1.5 years experience. Thank you!
Hiya thanks for watching! Good question, RMN's its not my area of expertise i'm afraid, there are roles in psychiatric units but in terms of pay and salary, i wouldn't be able to provide a figure, but generally organisations in the middle east usually ask for minimum 2 years experience in your home country, they use your base salary and add a % on top which is negotiable
Hiya thanks it depends what role in corporate you are considering can be operations, strategy or clinical governance, i have courses coming up that cover these areas so keep an eye out, follow my insta & TikTok where i will be sharing on live as well
Thanks for sharing!! I really wantt to go as an ICU nurse, 5 years experience. But i also am interested in corporate! Id love any advice you have to share?
They would usually match your base salary and then a percentage on top, its difficult to say as the packages are individual to each nurse but US nurses tend to have the best expat packages out of all the expats
Yes they do. I have 5 nurses who just left with their diploma, although their pay is lower than the degree nurses, but you’d definitely get a job as a diploma nurse from Nigeria
@@CorporateNurseConsultant ohh sorry I’m just seeing this. I can introduce her to my agent if she doesn’t mind, they recruit both diploma and BNSc, because I’m also on the saudi process.
thank u for sharing ur experience. i’m an NQN and i’m definitely considering going in the future. do you think a nurse should have around 4 years of experience like you did before moving over there?
Hey congrats on qualifying! Usually the more years of experience the more money, but I think you need to build resilience in your home country which will help on a role in Saudi, 4 years is ideal!
Nice to hear you had a great experience. I just came across a US nurse on instagram who didnt have a great experience. She complained that she had to work 4/5 12hr shifts a week compared to the us. And had to stay in a hotel. (Maybe she had a bad agency) However i've heard of others having a different experience e.g. staying in a compound, getting a free holiday a year, being paid generously as a nurse.... Also i've heard about pay discrimination and being paid according to your passport which isn't fair. Asians seem to be at the bottom and americans/brits at the top......
Hi Linda, thanks insightful information. Please is there any agency you would recommend? I'm currently in South Africa and most agencies I contact only employ South Africans. A registered nurse here with all requirements. Thanks in anticipation.
Hi, if you have UK citzenship then the process is easier from the UK and you will be paid more, then its searching for roles CCM recruitment, recruit UK nurses for Saudi
There is usually interpreters or ward staff who have been there for a long time also can help in conversational Arabic and some patients also speak English, learning Arabic is advantageous but I wouldn’t say it’s essential
Its dependant on the contract, if you are a director or senior management then highly likely you can but if you are going as a staff nurse or similar then most likely single status contract which means you will have to go alone

Hi Linda
Exciting video.
Which agency did you use to move to Saudi Arabia? Or if you have any agency you recommend to use to apply.
Thanks for sharing!! I really wantt to go as an ICU nurse, 5 years experience. But i also am interested in corporate! Id love any advice you have to share?
Aww i say do it! You have more to gain than you have to lose, even if you went for 6months-1 year, you will be proud of yourself that you did it :)
I am looking into working in KSA as a nurse. Too bad they do not recognize NPs I would love to get that grad degree while there.
Good Luck ❤
How much do they pay for US citizen icu nurse with 12 years experience under her belt?
They would usually match your base salary and then a percentage on top, its difficult to say as the packages are individual to each nurse but US nurses tend to have the best expat packages out of all the expats
Hey, do you mind sharing what company you used to help you get to Saudi. I’m not sure if I missed it, thank you x
I found an ad in the newspaper which was a few years back, CCM recruitment recruit for nurses for Saudi
Did you work in Aramco Dharan in saudi??
Goodday ma, does saudi Arabia hire a diploma RN from Nigeria
Hello, Saudi are quite selective in terms of who they hire, it’s usually US/UK Europe or South African passport holders
Yes they do. I have 5 nurses who just left with their diploma, although their pay is lower than the degree nurses, but you’d definitely get a job as a diploma nurse from Nigeria

Good question, to my knowledge no because of the way the contracts per hospital are set up
@@CorporateNurseConsultant alright thanks a lot
This is a very interesting video honestly. I love it. So I am a midwife in UK, 5 years experience. What do you think about the role in Saudi?
Thats great, there are opportunities for midwives in saudi, they usually follow the US model of care but your registration would still be valid.
