I love the design. It's unbelievable how strong vertically trussed cardboard can be. Also, this is probably the best explanation of buoyancy I've ever seen in a UA-cam video, and it was just one section of it. Kudos.
Fun fact technically the outsides are sprayed with a water resistant/repellent material the problem is when the water gets inside the perforated bits, those are not waterproofed.
