I'm glad you pointed out that finding a replacement ear foam could be a problem. If they were made with real leather and not pleather which fast deteriorates, I would consider buying these.
Took about 3 years for it to happen, but my earcups finally started disintegrating. they have basically come completely apart within less than a month, but were perfectly fine before then. The foam itself is fine, so I'm going to remove the fake leather and just glue new material.
Success! Thankfully my mother is a skilled seamstress and helped me out. Using some stretchy fabric and double sided tape, these things will be set for a while
hi there, my quantum one's audio wheel knob is malfunctioning, it only increases audio now. When I scroll up, the audio increases, when I scroll down, the audio also increases, what do I do
I just bought the same ones(wired) and when i play or watch video they suddenly go silent for no reason ..i try everything under the sun to stop them from doing it.onlt solution i found was to use the jack..with the usb i have that issue
Just tried to open mine because the right ear cup shorted when I spilt water on my keyboard. The screws are too tight for my baby screwdriver. Not one on either side will budge, I don’t know how you made it look so easy.
Hey thanks for the great video but I have one question tho is it possible to replace head band ? I couldn't find anything related to head band replacement of this specific model.
I don’t believe they sell replacement parts other than ear pads and cables. In case you have access to a 3D printer, you may be able to find a model of the part on Thingiverse.
@@MegaSafetyFirst yeah, I got mixed up with the 800, looking at lots of reviews that day. I did buy the 800, and it is freaking awesome, for a headset anyways.
@@greglast8016 Same here :) Sound is great. What do you think about ANC? Sound is much better than without but I still can hear human speech , children or tv noises if nothing is playing. What about yours?
@@misenko856 agree, it can only do so much noise canceling without being dedicated to that one function. There are headsets that do better noise canceling, but those don't have most of the other features these have. I'm happy.
@@greglast8016 That's right. This is gaming headset in first place and in my opinion there is no better competitor in this segment out there. It's great for games but for music as well which is rare in this segment. Yes, battery life could be better and I wish these are not plastic but aluminum like Virtuosos or G Pros but hey, it's the sound which matter the most. What's battery life on yours ?
Hi I have the quantum 200 and my headphone jack broke, can you tell me which colored wire is what
where is the battery????
this is a wired headset its not wireless like the 600 and 800
what is the best way to replace the battery pack?

Yeah, the only place I found replacement for these was the JBL store in the UK 🇬🇧.
I don’t get why JBL doesn’t offer them in all their stores.

Unfortunately the most important thing is missing... where is the battery?
Quantum one does not have a battery.

The 6xx, 810 and 910 has very well a battery. But ok this is a model without ...
The stem on the left earpiece broke, I can't find where I can buy it, can you help me?

@@MegaSafetyFirst thakns bro.
Is it the same process for the Quantum 200?
no audio chip or smth?
why does my headset randomly disconnect?
It could be from interference, causing an unstable Bluetooth connection.

the microphone can be taken off?
For the quantum One the microphone can be taken off.
For the other Quantum models I am not so sure.
@@MegaSafetyFirst thanks
only Quantum One and Quantum 100 have detachable mics
