      @@peacekeeper007chap4 You generally don't need them on a carnivore diet unless you have a malabsorption issue, or very early on as you may be very nutritionally deficient. However on a long-term carnivore diet you shouldn't need supplements, especially if you have occasional organs such as liver, kidney, etc.

    Hi Anthony,
    I have been reviewing the studies such as the Epic study from 1992-98 - 2003-10 followups on 60k people roughly divided in half between meat eater and vegan/vegetarian, as well as the studies from 1965 which h all seem to be widely used as the "markers for outcomes". However, you must point out that, of all these studies, not one classifies an "All Animal Based, 90% Animal Based Keto, Lion, etc", or any other more strict animal based
    diets.
    The problem is, we get attacked by the vegan vegetarian groups as being science deniers, usually because of these observational self reporting studies. However there is a huge flaw ina ll of those studies because the "meat eater group" is classified as such for all persons who eat meat at least once per week. So, cookies, pies, cakes, flapjacks, cheerios and fruit loops, snack bars, sodas, etc are all ok for the Meat Eater cohort. That is a SAD diet, not in any way related to our diets. Please, respond and research and spread the obvious word.

      We have to face the reality that we live in an existence where something has to die for another thing to live. It's a part of nature. I don't like it either, and at one point cut all meat because of it. The more i ate plants only, the worse i got 🤷🏻‍♂️ In the end all I could eat was meat patties. My body forced me down to eat only meat, and then I slowly began recovering again.

      What vegans and other people who "don't want to kill animals" don't realise is that plants are ALSO LIVING, SENTIENT BEINGS. Basically, all food is dead (regardless of it being derived from animals or from plants). Eating is killing. Vegans also kill lots of sentient beings. Plants may not scream in agony, but they ARE being killed, and they also don't want to be killed.

However, since i started eating meat my anxiety went down 300%. But most of me tackling my symptoms i did before I ever ate meat. This is only one cause of autism, of course. There are others that are caused by mitochondrial damage from other sources as well. Lack of carnitine damages the mitochondria, this is the underlying problem. But many other things damage the mitochondria, such as just eating carbohydrates and sugar. Over time they break down and don't work as well, so switching to a meat-based ketogenic diet significantly it helps improve autism in the long term and the short-term because you get a lot of ketones which help the brain run more optimally as well. There are a lot of things going into this, lack of carnitine is only one, but it's an important one because fully 30% of people don't make enough.

      @@anthonychaffeemd Thnx doc. Like I said, eating meat for the first time at age 25 opened up a world of relaxation. But two years later now I am getting kinda tired of meat? At least ground beef is boring. Also, I don't eat keto. I eat yogurt, fruit, some alcohol here and there. I would love to try, but after eating a big steak and butter and eggs I'm still hungry. I usually start the day with fat and protein, and once the meat stops tasting good I finish my meal with some carbs like yoghurt, honey and fruit. Otherwise, I just don't feel full.

      @anthonychaffeemd  21 день тому +7

      If it is still tasting good then you are still hungry and your body is still looking for nutrients. If you're feeling physically full, then just wait and eat later. If you eat during the daytime though, just remember that you will naturally get tired after you eat, and have low energy the rest of the day. So have a half meal during the day if you're hungry, even two, and then in your evening meal you keep eating until it stops tasting good. And drink plenty of water as well. Good luck!

    The only reason my friends and I stop carnivore was constipation. It was just all up in there. Taking days to come out. Harder, drier, stickier. No, the body didn't use all the meat. Yes, we took magnesium, electrolytes, had plenty of fats in the meat, added butter and t as well tallow, drank more water. Yes we ate enough protein and also consumed organ meat.

    • @VRIceblast
      @VRIceblast 5 днів тому

      If you are having Constipation, it's because you weren't eating enough fat. It's the fat that keeps you regular, and since everything is low fat now days, it's quite hard to eat enough fat on carnivore for people. That's why you have people eating a lot of butter, because it's the easiest solution for them.
      Also, most people don't understand just how much fat they need to eat, and are really undereating.
      If you take 1000 to 1500mg of magnesium oxide, you shouldn't have any trouble staying regular.
      Magnesium Oxide is safe to take everyday, and it's gentle on the body.
      Also, you don't need to go to the bathroom as often, because the body uses up most of the meat, leaving little to be waste.
      I would take the magnesium till you learn how to get your Macros right for carnivore. Once you learn the proper way to eat, basically, how to get right amount of fat in, you shouldn't have a problem.
      If you eat too much fat, you'll have loose stools, so the fact that your having hard ones, means you're far from eating too much fat.

How the heck do vegan or vegetarian women expect a new embryo to properly develop in vitro. That is when it’s more important than ever to be eating an evolutionarily correct diet of meat and other animal based foods. Or young couples who love to party and eat fast food,etc., then think they’ll clean up their diets as soon as they’re ready to make a baby. Meanwhile years of prior crappy eating and drinking and drug taking party habits may have already lessened their statistical chances for making healthy sperm and healthy eggs. In some cases even being able to conceive. We are designed as a species to reproduce and if you want to make children who are healthy men and women both need to clean up their act well in advance of getting pregnant. Eat a proper human diet and heal all your organs and cells and yes, even the mitochondria in your cells. Metabolic health is everything!!!

      Both. Genetics plus environmental factors create the conditions for it.

    • @anthonychaffeemd
      @anthonychaffeemd  21 день тому +2

      It is both, and this is only one cause of autism, not the only cause. Another is damage to the mitochondria from carbohydrates and sugar, or other toxins. You have a genetic predisposition and then an environmental trigger. So it's not mostly genetics, it is both. The underlying issue is mitochondrial dysfunction, and this can be brought about many ways. Carnitine is essential for proper mitochondrial function and energy transport, and so if it's lacking the mitochondria won't work properly. If you don't make enough carnitine, you will need it from your diet, and if you don't get it from your diet you will have a deficiency. So in fact it's 100% from lack of carnitine, it's just that genetically most people won't lack for carnitine, only some people won't make enough.
