There’s really not much of a plan to these videos, but hopefully they are entertaining and give you a bit more of an insight of what life is like here as an American living in Ho Chi Minh City.

one of the reasons why doing small biz in VN is very tough, as soon they see one business being sucessful, you will soon have others quickly set up shop next to that one, very tough to raise the price and be more profitable

Don't be bored. Find an optimistic feeling every day. Bring a book or find a book in the bookstore on Nguyen Hue Street where they have AC to relax and read there until you want to do something else. Go to make a video about book sections. You should be happy always once your health and your loved ones’ health are good. Every day you choose a happy thing to do. Everyone gets bored sometimes. So don't be disappointed, try a positive attitude.
It always gets better once you take action. There are always sad and not enthusiastic days for everyone, they pass by if you change your attention to somewhere else.
If you feel down sometimes, you can ask Trang to do some charity work with you, like visiting orphanages in Vietnam --- New video content?
Tyler, I recommend you speak to Trang in Vietnamese only. I think you Vietnamese will improve tremendously. Just a suggestion

It definitely is better to workout first without consuming any calories. You will lose more body fat that way and it stimulates growth hormone from what I've heard.

When you went back to Calif, did you have to give up your apartment, and end up finding a new one when you returned?
yeah but it was an airbnb at the time so it was fairly straightforward
