I know this is self-advertisment and all, but I thought that, after everything we've been through, tg would let me cash in one last favor :P I've modified the original RA2Sov02 Florida mission and uploaded an early WIP. ... Nod controlling Alligators and are planted in the American forces?! Of course, it all makes sense now! The U.S./Allied tech, the F-22 Raptors, the special training... no wonder they (the Americans) were manipulated to lose the War against the GLA. Kane, you magnificent yet insufferable bastard!
Oh well, the command ship, killed two pillow boxes and called it a day. But they gave it 10k HP????? WHUT? I’d want my own dreadnaught to have 10k HP :P Doesn’t look like the game allows it to keep taking damage since the first two “dots” drop almost immediately. Wonder why they do that. Maybe it works somewhat similar to uh Statue of Liberty in All01? Or it just does not get HP bar displayed correctly? Outside of map building, oh yeah, I used to give me “invisible” nuke silos in YR Sov03 and Sov04. That was fun. :P
2:43 rip engineer, burned alive. Fun fact, transport can crush infantry. If you put your conscript within its Path, it will just crush them instead, as they don’t belong to your house and strictly speaking not your allies either (otherwise they’d dodge).
Who'd dodge? The infantry or the transport? :P Your infantry won't auto-dodge unless you dabble in the rules, and allied transports will just move out of the way.
@@CnCDune idk who would dodge. But at least the crush would not happen as allied transports would not just crush your infantry in skirmish mode. 4:17 precisely, the hotel buildings are the ones who provide crates when destroyed. Also, I guess Vladimir's ship has the same attack as a usual dreadnought, but with significantly more hitpoints.
A wonderful morning here at 7am. Watching TG's newly uploaded video. Outro: You want to capture the ore refinery, waiting for the right moment when the allied miner back. Am I the only one who tries to sink Vladimir's ship every time even though it is impossible? Not much to say about this mission, it is more straightforward than the previous one. The Allied forces on this map are about as dangerous as the alligator guarding the oil derrick. And I guess I should type one big F for those 3 conscripts that get crushed at the start. Imagine sailing an entire ocean to fight those stinky capitalists only to end up being crushed by a frickin transport the moment you set foot on the beach.
Vlad's boat isn't unsinkable, just too tough to make it worth it or possible within the limited time-frame. The transport thing comes from having a crusher Transport not allied to you. Not exactly a bug, very much intended, but it's happening to the wrong House.
@Laura Allard No. What happens is that those transports are actually yours, but as soon as the last transport is done unloading they change House and another trigger fires that enables input/Battlefield-control.
