BL0W-UP Any% A-01 20.221

This could totally go down to a 19 or maybe even an 18 but I haven't been able to get the boosts right, so this is where I'm going to stop at tonight since I've been grinding this for the past like two or so hours lol. Also like last time I got some pb's along the way, a 21.033, 20.919, 20.347, and a 20.224 (litterally 3ms slower than this lol)
