This isn't the Jaclynn butterfly hair cut. It would be a more intense hair cut without thinking out the ends to piece it out on the ends. Hair dresses are lazy when doing this cut. I learned the correct way in school.

Man all i see in here are tutorials for the Shag! It's so funny. Do they even know we ALL had this haircut in the 70s?? Haha😅. It is nice being shown how to do it. For 40 years I've had to literally describe what this cut looks like to hair stylists that have NO CLUE what a "Shag" or "lioness" or a "Gypsy" cut was. Now they do!! YAY!!🎊🎉🎈✨️🎈

My mother decided to give me a shag hairdo in 1978, she had been to beauty school I think around 64 or so, long story short this was near school pictures time and I did everything in my 10 years old power to keep from getting my pictures made that year 😊

I have a photo of Jaclyn Smith to take to my hair stylist, too. I was supposed to get my hair done last week, then got sick so had to postpone. This is exactly how I want my hair to look, except I’m 64 so I have my stylist weave an ash blonde with my gray so that it grows out and doesn’t have sharp gray roots. It keeps me from having to get it weaved so frequently. If I didn’t live in CA, I’d be coming to you! I really enjoyed this video! 👍🏼🙏🏼❤️

I'm 63 and back in the 70's I has a haircut like this between this and my idol Stevie Nicks. I love it. But I would go get a haircut and style for years and the stylist knew one way to do hair. It would always be slicked to my head and no body. I want the bounce, the fluff but to be cool without being too much. I love this

Her hair was still full at the bottom and did not look way shorter from the front. Any time I ever got layers in my hair I would end up with my hair in a vee shape in the back and it looked thin on the bottom and short from the front. That's why I grew it out in the first place & have been literally afraid to let anyone give me an actual haircut instead of keeping it to a trim with a few face framing layers. This makes me feel better because when I cut my own hair it sometimes takes me like 3 days because I find those pieces.... But I panic because I'm worried I'm going to start a different haircut halfway through. Lol. So that plan is necessary but gotta get those pieces... Getting those make it flow. That is what looks extra special.

I'm 63 and back in the 70's I has a haircut like this between this and my idol Stevie Nicks. I love it. But I would go get a haircut and style for years and the stylist knew one way to do hair. It would always be slicked to my head and no body. I want the bounce, the fluff but to be cool without being too much. I love this

It's up to us to take care of ourselves, and you discover and grow within ourselves take care of ourselves as well .. coach Kimmy has a lot of intelligence, spiritual gifts . Such a good example of what a good woman should be like. She has a talent of hairdressing a kind heart and she's a lot of fun to listen to, she deserves the very best in her life. She gives goodness and kindness to her patrons helps them to be a part of the haircuts that she gives to her clients. And a very nice person indeed to listen to she's funny she smiles a lot she has a good attitude in spite of where she grew up in , she has come a long ways and I'm very proud of her. So gorgeous!! I'm so bummed out you're across the country from me! I would LOVE for you to do my hair. You did such a fantastic job! Her hair was still full at the bottom and did not look way shorter from the front. Any time I ever got layers in my hair I would end up with my hair in a vee shape in the back and it looked thin on the bottom and short from the front. That's why I grew it out in the first place & have been literally afraid to let anyone give me an actual haircut instead of keeping it to a trim with a few face framing layers. BTW I love your inspiring positivity! You have awesome vibes!

This makes me feel better because when I cut my own hair it sometimes takes me like 3 days because I find those pieces.... But I panic because I'm worried I'm going to start a different haircut halfway through. Lol. So that plan is necessary but gotta get those pieces... Getting those make it flow.
