Somehow this is one of the best explanation of humans and science that I have like ever seen on internet. Most of the people would just straight up look at things with a single perspective but the way that these topics are so well explained taking into account the entire large perspective is just really beautiful. Excellent video

Curiosity and imagination are two of my favorite human traits followed closely by learning and adventure, all of which plays a part in these videos. This is the third video of Aperture I have watched in as many days. These videos are thought provoking but completely enjoyable to watch. Finding a gem among so mach chafe made me feel like I struck gold, I hope you will continue to create Aperture videos and I will continue to watch. In my opinion Aperture is Brilliant!! Thank you so much for this blow-by-blow take off and landing on the moon to the trip home. It caused tears to flow. Watching this on TV as a 15 y.o. in 1969, I remember being impatient for the whole event to get done - I had stuff to do. By the time Apollo 11 launched, we teens were bored with this. Launches were a yearly event. I remember thinking, "OK, this year we go to the moon, next year, Mars - easy peasy."
Only - we didn't. Sure, more rockets to the moon, but for the tragedy of Apollo 13, these lift offs were becoming boring.
As I was patiently awaiting the announcement of the first anti-gravity family sedans, i would find myself thinking, "What if one of those landers tips over on landing? What if they find aliens have been there before us? What if they damage something on the lander and can't lift off...?"
Teenagers are very good at drumming up drama.
But back to my appreciation for your video. Teens can miss a lot because they're not 'in the moment' (a much later diag. of ADHD helped me understand that), so back then, I was there, I saw it, but in no way fully appreciated the enormity of the moment. Not like now, that's for sure.
So thank you, from the bottom of my heart. And thank you also for this amazing channel. Your voice is quite soothing to listen to, and your topics broad, researched and insanely easy to listen to.... for hours... which I've been doing. Please keep up the excellent work; subscribed! 😁

    ...Exodus 26:13 ≈ π...
Moses was first to record Pi in 1440 BC. Josephus the Historian's description of the Tabernacle in 94 AD was inaccurate. This oversight was discovered in 2015 AD.
330 Exodus 26:8 eleven curtains each 30 cubits long
15 Exodus 26:12 one of the curtains is folded in half to 15 cubits long
    - 1 Exodus 26:13 makes Pi each curtain overlap/seam adds up to 1 cubit
    = 314
    3.14 = 314 circumference/100 diameter ≈ π ratio (100 cubit court per Exodus 27:9-18)
    .................
This Wilderness Tabernacle archeological discovery is similar to the Dead Sea Scrolls and Martin Luther's 95 Theses.
    .................
    History of finding π:
-(1900-1680 BC) One Babylonian tablet indicates a value of 3.125 for π
-(1650 BC) The Rhind Papyrus the Egyptians gave the approximate value of π 3.1605
-(1440 BC) Moses recorded Pi in the Exodus blueprints rediscovered in (2015 AD) 3.141592653... or Exodus 26:13 ≈ Pi
    -(500 BC) India's Aryabhata approximation was 62,832/20,000, or 3.141
    -(429-501 BC) Zu Chongzhi a Chinese mathematician 3.1415926 - 3.1415927
-(250 BC) Archimedes from Syracuse showed between 3.1408 and 3.1429
    .................
The knowledge of Pi was lost from Exodus near 1000 BC. Josephus the Historian in 94 AD did NOT know about Exodus 26:13 makes Pi to properly explain the Tabernacle blueprints. He deferred to the Temple's structure and not Exodus 25-26-27.
Pi is found in the spiral of the double helix in your DNA. This knowledge has been lost for 3000 years.
Consider King Josiah & the Prophetess Huldah rediscovering the scriptures, right? In short, this monumental oversight was corrected in 2015. What's next?
    ...Exodus 26:13 ≈ π...

I despise the use of “human gills” in reference to biology being similar to fish because that’s simply not the case. It was around the 36:30 mark. I will add that I don’t think there was a common ancestor between Homo sapiens and fish and that there was some divine intervention, whether it was Zeus or Allah is up for debate; but above all, I think we were put here intentionally for a purpose.

Aperture, your videos are often more entertaining that truth, Bible I have since 1980 reads spirit of unseen God created earth, and everything on it. this included humans. words came from the unseen God spirit which we automatic learn how to talk at a certain age. Were you hear 500,000,000 years ago? Maybe your spirit was however you yourself was not until your mother had you and only you know what year that was. But thanks for sharing your guessing about life. I been on earth for 66 years so far. I sure do not know everything only what I read. Have a great day thanks for your very entertaining videos, great editing also.

At least he’s using educated guessing backed up by evidence. Your Bible was written well after 100ad by nobody who had met your Jesus and has been re written and translated hundreds of times. Being there’s 30,000 plus Christian denominations who cherry pick what the want to ignore and follow in the book of fairy tales it doesn’t really matter anyways. And what about all the other gods around the world? They think theirs is the true one. Once you pass on you cease. There is no soul or afterlife we plain cease. All that stuff and the bible are manmade constructs to lie to themselves we are somehow immortal and to keep the bulk of populations scared and to obey. But hey surely you’re the only one who has it figured out I guess.

Excellent vid. However as a non American.. I can’t help but laugh at some of the Americanisms used. “Eyeglasses” for instance… yes glasses for your eyes. Fair enough, but the rest of world just used the word “Glasses” .. ie.. if your having a conversation about kitchenware.. and “glasses” comes up.. then you say.. I cant see them I need my “glasses”… we all know they are two different items. Having to put “eye” before the word to simplify it as much as possible is funny af to the rest of the world. That’s just one example of how we, the British, created the English language, and Americans somewhere down the line, had to change it to make it easier to grasp. I find some Americanisms funny af. Just an observation. Lol

I thought "eyeglasses" was something the UK said. I don't know anybody that says eyeglasses except maybe my grandma a few times, but even she mostly says glasses. Idk why she switches sometimes, probably to be more specific like you said lol. Also I'd just like to state. USA: Aluminum. UK: Aluminium.... You're wrong.

I quit about 30-40 mins in when it became clear that this was largely not about the history of life but rather a rambling piece which was all over the place, for ex. going into great detail about the Voyager missions and talking about George Washington's false teeth (??). Further, the flashing words across the screen at times was seriously annoying (that's what closed captions are for) and frankly you need to find a new narrator who doesn't talk quite as fast and pronounces words better...I felt like I was listening to a high school kid. Just amateurish and disappointing in general
