Thank you for producing these videos. Russia has been a mystery to me all my life. It is nice to see it through the eyes of a local Russian. Your English is quite good!
Those metal / pitok (??) appear to be what we in America call refurbished shipping containers. It has become a 'trend' that for those that are going for the 'minimalist' or 'off-the-grid' living to buy these refurbished shipping containers. The area that you are showing us at time point 7:35 is what we would call a loft -- meaning it's not a full floor. Just an expanded landing to lay down a bed and very little furnishings
So many of the houses you showed do not have a kitchen or a bathroom, while some have a steam room but no bathroom or kitchen. This is confusing. Do you have to buy one and then figure out a kitchen? And do you then have to have an outside commode in an outhouse?
I have watched several of your videos with great interest. I love the use of so much wood, very warm looking. Question: I see no sign of any bathrooms. What do people do for bathroom? And not much in the way of kitchens. I could see no evidence of plumbing. Can you comment on that?
For Dacha's , which are country houses, they usually have outhouses. The dachas are used mainly in the summer, where they have a simple place to stay, grow a garden, have a sauna and BBQ. They are kind of like rustic vacation houses.
A very good series you've made Valeria. We have seen everything, but I still choose the blue house. :) And then i would like a spot without snow to put it down. Amazing how well theze houses are build and i love the different collors also. Thank you for sharing. Пока, мой друг.
Thanks, as always, for taking us along on this tour of the last dacha exhibit. I did look up this builder on the website you provided and was horrified at the 17%-18% interest rate for loans to build these structures.
I'm shocked as an America how banks get bailed out for bad policies instead of dying! I hate the high interest rates, but the prices are low and those who don't build well have their business die off.
Thanks. Very nice and interesting. We live in America in a log cabin. All dark wood stain inside. It is dark but I can't decide to paint it a bright color! But your tour gives me ideas. Our house was built in 1983 and we bought it about 10 years ago with a bank loan. I notice there are no bathrooms or toilets in the house just the sauna. Is the very small room there to put in plumbing for extra$$?
As crude as these buildings made be, they don't look bad on the whole. These would be great "starter" houses for young people trying to purchase their first homes. Especially if they have plumbing and carpentry skills. When they are established in their careers, and have a solid income stream, they can sell and upgrade to better homes. They can even demolish the starter house and build the home of their dreams on the same site if they love the location.
Thank for the wonderful tour. I really enjoyed your commentary since it helps the viewer better understand the "Dacha Concept." (My personal terminology). We in North America would do well to adopt the custom of Dacha and Bania (or is it Banya in English?) Thanks again and good health to all!
Logica Redux -I'd say that's pretty good. Once I get my ducks in a row, the Mrs. (Frau Diesel as I affectionately call her) & I have to decide where our next decades (God willing) will be spent. I'd like to head West. My older brother and his brood are out in far Western, PA. But, they sure get a lot of snow and ice, and I'm a swamp dweller, Piney. It's just too crowded around here, but Frau wants Fla. I have gobs of relatives down there too but (sorry Floridians) EEEEWWWW!
Fred Thorne - That sounds like a plan! Pennsylvania can use good men. Just don't wait for the ducks to be in a row. I've never been able to get the damn things to march in a strait line! 😄 Just think! Then you can get that Mosin and all that other artillery we have out here! Hell, you can go to the gun show and arm yourself to the teeth like God intended! 😄
ImixSpb - Minnesota certainly has fantastic forests! I haven't been there since the 1960's. Montana has forest too, but is also "big sky country." Lots of wide open spaces and mountains too. Since they are both in the northernmost tier of states (except Alaska) they would have a climate that would be friendly to a Russian soul. 😀
Ok very nice...but..No functioning bathroom? No sale! & did I understand you correctly that when one wants to buy a house the price doubles upon agreement? WTH?
At 6:22 - 40 m2 (430 sqft) from $4800 for a base version. At 9:18 - 60 m2 (645 sqft) from $6300 for a base version. I'm curious what the base versions are.
All these homes are unfinished. By the time the inside is completed the total cost will be about twice as much as the unfinished home. It would be interesting to see one completed and get a better idea of what could be done with one! The larger ones with an upstairs are fine for a couple with no children, but in most of them the staircase is problematic. You can hit your head at certain points and they do not look very sturdy. But, at only about $20,000 each they offer a good deal. The smaller ones, I think would be better kept open in the inside and made into an office. If someone made it into a living space it would feel crowded with just two people.
I am American, how can i possibly buy a house and live in your country. I love tradition, family values, i also love country side. Thank you, for your wonderful video.
As for legally residing in Russia, there are some ways. Basically: 1. temporary permit, 2. permit (goes after temporary permit), 3.citizenship (goes after permit). The temporary permit is available for almost anyone within a year quote. Also it is also available via marriage, studying, job, investments (big ones). Also a simple visa can give the opportunity to reside 90 total of every 180 days in the country. If you have 2 passports you can have 2 visas legally, hence, 90+90 out of every 180 days. Also you can receive a new visa every 90 days. (Those variants require to cross the border every 90 days). Btw, I saw a video on UA-cam with an American farmer in Russia. Sibieria, if I'm not mistaken.
It doesn't make any sense to build a house for an old person to resemble a bigger house that is designed for a family. If they want to make a house for old people then they should design them simple and one floor. I see one floor houses all the time in the U.S. that are good for old people.

I like how you give us a nice chance to see, always moving the camera smoothly ans slow enough for seeing! I enjoyed these tours very much! 🇨🇦
I love the barbecue house
thank you

Thank you for a great video !! I wish I could have one of the little houses !! ;))
thank you John :)
You are so candid! So enjoy watching! Thanks
I'd like to know what you do for a bathroom and kitchen. Do you have to pay extra for that, or do you have an outhouse
Interesting video. But I saw no kitchens, bathrooms, or heat. It would be nice to know about where those are
Great video...as always!!!
Thank you for this!

Are there no toilets? American like to see the bathrooms too. Like where is the bathroom?
These are storage houses. She says that several times.
For Dacha's , which are country houses, they usually have outhouses. The dachas are used mainly in the summer, where they have a simple place to stay, grow a garden, have a sauna and BBQ. They are kind of like rustic vacation houses.
very nice houses---good for one person and good for young single person---in USA we pay now for mortgage only 3.75 % interest
Thanks Miss ,nice videos and Alex your door opening skills are the best I've seen
Cute houses good for a weekend away
Thank you Valerya!

Do you have to put your own kitchens in ? I did not see a sink. Love to see Russia we have a lot in common, thank you for the tour
waiting for this one.. thanks,...

Fred Thorne - The closest we come is having a cabin in the woods or a sauna. But that is far from being a universal desire.
Logica Redux -I'd say that's pretty good. Once I get my ducks in a row, the Mrs. (Frau Diesel as I affectionately call her) & I have to decide where our next decades (God willing) will be spent. I heard that Minnesota and Montana have a wonderful forest landscapes.

why these houses has no toilet no wash room no kitchen room why ?
Those metal house is called portocabins
Are you saying the bar b que house can be purchased as a family gathering place and is not a community center? I think I misunderstood.
'Besedka' (garden house) looks great really. Perfect place to do a meeting with friends where beer and BBQ will give pleasure to every guest.
ImixSpb - Now that sounds like a plan! 😄
Yes! This scheduled for soon ))
ImixSpb -👍🏻🇷🇺🇺🇸💥😜
it is 'Besedka' for our "winter" summer :) with plastic windows
I guess they are removable so very comfortable.
nice
Thank you :)
Where are the bathrooms???
what is the russian translation of fire we call it AGOON
in russian fire is огонь lat. agon'
The fire sounds like ogon' in Russian. That's pretty close to AGOON really. Amazing!
ImixSpb If you study competitive liguistic we Indians are very close to Russian
Yes I know. Our countries and peoples are generally sympathetic to each other always.
ImixSpb Not only that we have more than 2000 years of trade relation with Astralhan Russia
Those little houses are beautiful! It would be easy to install a toilet .
I have always loved Russia....americans have NO clue about YOU..propaganda about your country is bogus...I love you and thankyou for these videos
We have a driveable dascha...
At 6:22 - 40 m2 (430 sqft) from $4800 for a base version.

WHERE DO THE KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS GO???
Ur house is gorgeous, u can arrange some events there, like small marriage party etc
I like your houses. They are made with real wood. They are cute too. Maybe minimal is better for MOTHER 🌎.😄✌💞
Alex is like an elephant that makes too much noise. I guess I'm like a bull that produces too much methane!😄 Nice to see this series again!
😄

The location name
Are these re-purposed shipping containers?
no ... they are usually built at сonstruction sites (they are used by builders as a place to live while building a new house)
🇮indonesian wood...the best,..😁🇩
My hostess was there on Wednesday and sent a picture of the dacha she wanted. Only 1 million rubles. I think I can build one for her for less money.
:)
Tell me the name of the location
. I wanna go have a tour anytime am in Moscow
没有厕所? 没有洗浴间 ?

Exhibition house = model home.
one dont need big house to live in----smaller is better
💖😁💗
Don't the houses come with toilets????
This company only builds the frame of the house (foundation, walls, roof) But all the furniture, toilets and so on the owner buys on his own
:)
на самом деле, цены не самые низкие.
в регионах на 20-30% дешевле
в Москве все дороже :)
Those houses many rooms, Russians must use them for guests and I don't see bathrooms.
This company only builds the frame of the house (foundation, walls, roof) But all the furniture, toilets and so on the owner buys on his own :)
Evidently they do not have plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom... ?!! Surely Russia can do better than that for it's people...
The small ones like containers are only for storage or extra room. If you want to live in them at weekends you can add the Toilet etc.
No toilets, you go outside to use bathroom or do you pay extra for bathroom and kitchen???
the dream of paradise is alive in Russia!
Cаша Романов - It looks good. 👍🏻
