Russia central bank is almost without money. Now your money is going to me freeze. There is no further in Russia.

I love the high rise and would love a Penthouse View! So nice and so convenient.

Nice apartment but a couple of things I don't care for. The windows are strange especially the one that looks like it needs a balcony. And, the toilet room without a sink.

You bought this apartment? I used to live in houses only. BIG garden, bigger than other houses. The maintenance on the garden got difficult. Can't remember how many lawnmowers I bought through the years. When the children were still living with me it was their job. Maintenance on the house were equally difficult. I hired a young guy to help me. He was from a different background and was extremely good. He washed my car, did the garden and eventually washed the dishes too. My sons warned me, I cannot allow him in the house. When washing my car he moved it into the shade and eventually around the house. He got a permanent job when he finished school and I had to hire another one, totally different from my 'black son'. I sold my house and are in an apartment now. Much less worries!

As italian I have to admit I would prefer an old Dacia to that apartment. 😅 I am worried about the glasses instead of a proper balcony. I also wonder when the windows that can not be opened Will be cleaned outside. You risk to live in a living room with the bigger window always dirty. Am I right? 😢 Anyway thanks for your video. It Is very interesting. 😊🙏🏻 P.S. sometimes in Italy the more expensive buildings have periodical cleaning of the windows. Maybe there Is something like this also in this building. Check It out and let them see!

It looks really nice and very big complex. Lots of families going to be moving in I’m sure. Are they private apartments for buying or are they rented? They look like they are for buying . As Alex is measuring for kitchen cupboards over here if they are rented you don’t get a choice what to pick out for your home. But since I was 19 years old I have always bought my own home . 1976 was my first. I’m 68 years old now. It’s a lot harder for the younger generation to buy these days. These buildings are monstrosities and the general atmosphere of the location horrifying to me. I have seen some of them in person a few decades ago and was similarly impressed then. Thanks for the interior tour. Here, again, the narrow rooms and "cold " colored walls and lighting are repelling. - seems inhuman, designed for some other life form.

Extra nice there are two bedrooms instead of one. Then you can sleep well.

Good parking there. Apartments are for families, but also older who live alone, or their mother etc. Dogs can also be good to have there. Too high for inner cats.

Thanks for sharing. 05:35 Seems a shame that the hall is so small, meaning you have another door near the front door. Could make it difficult to bring in large items, like furniture, as you have to keep 2 doors open at the same time.

Hello Valeria, with the fall of the real estate market in Russia, are prices more attractive than before 2022 ?

4:56 2 elevators is good, but it also means twice as many charges to pay. Regarding the building (inside and outside) I find it horribly cold and totally sanitized. It is impossible for me to project my life in such a place. But it is true that we are all different and I understand very well that other people can feel good in this type of housing.
