You should add some black mesh on the front bumper anyways that will help hide it and protect against rock chips!

Loving the content man, seriously. I think a lot of us have spent those late nights working on our cars not because we had to but because you just get in that zone and you can't stop yourself. It's a passion and I love to see that you have that passion as well. Keep at it I'm hoping to get out of PHX down to SD sometime in the near future for a little R&R and will hopefully be able to make it out to a meet at the same time if the timing works out!

Nice work man, you put some serious time into this and its showing for sure. As for the coolers in the front I would say paint the coolers black and put some black mesh to cover (not the chicken wire stuff), good for protection too, keeps them looking not rock chipped.

I love this build guys! Keep it up! Just want to say that Throtl has some awesome customer service, I recently had to cancel my membership, and Evan actually contacted me himself to get some feedback regarding my cancellation. An awesome business hand in hand! I also think that if you did a mesh in front of the coolers so that way it looks the same on both sides, but the coolers are completely purposeful. It’d be very clean.

Also, i wouldnt black out the coolers only because the car is red to me the silver compliments it and gives more of a cleaner look especially if you are gonna put a shroud around them

A few of the FD weve purchased had only one cooler attached from the factory while the other spec had two, IIRC Type R had dual. Thats pretty crazy and the system was so well put together. HKS, Trust didnt really push the aftermarket that hard because of this OE package. BTW, enjoying your build Mickey, car looks fantastic.

Suggestion for your coolers there was a FD built by twins turbo featured on hoonigan main channel. It was jet black and street built. They made ducting in black that basically funneled air through the coolers and helped make the coolers look more factory by filling in the gaps

Is it not possible to flip the passenger side cooler so the fittings are on the left side? Would look cleaner IMO

The two fittings in front of the v mount make it look self built kinda like Teej’s BRZ with the old oil colder line that draped in front of the radiator I personally like it

That thermostatic switch is dope. I didn’t even know they had those. Mickey I say you leave the fittings the way they are. That metallic look makes them stand out.
