It's called impact separation when the tires bubble like that but it can be cause by running your tires with no air in them.

When a tire has a puncture a correct repair is a patch not a plug. A plug gets you out of a jam but if you have the tools to dismount a tire, a patch on the inside of the tire is a permanent solution and maintains the integrity of the tire

You’ve dropped weights on the outside edge so you need to re balance it and also it’s an alloy wheel once you start hitting it it weakens the alloy which means if you hit something the wheel will crack also the insides of the tyre need to be checked incase he ran it flat and wore down the insides of the tyre which could result in a blowout and destroy the car

Use a Led hammer, hard enough to fix the wheel and soft enough to not damage it.

Protip: Next time you decide to straighten out a rim with a hammer, dismount the tire, heat the spot with a map gas torch and then give it a few hits. The heat will make the aluminum more malleable and less prone to cracking.
Don't whack that wheel too hard.....I cracked one of mine pretty bad once trying to hammer it back into round lol
