Is it possible that the main color of the shoe was so vastly different when printed because you used CMYK? On their site I think I saw that files should be in RGB.
When you design for printing you are supposed to create using CMYK because RGB are colors that can only be produce on a digital screen (or at least thats what I learned in Art university) I have sent my work to print many times to other places and they always ask for CMYK. Not really sure what happened here
Is it better than printful?
I've never tried printful so I really can't compare
