I'm running almost the same setup windowed piston a gomax pipe with a oko carb and a reed and it's way smother and fast.It vibrated like crazy with the stock exhaust
Nice pipe & cylinder head 👍 But I never had any luck with the stock rag joints... I even bought grade 8 stainless 🔩 for it. The rubber was pretty soft & just keeps slipping. I might have been OK with 11G spokes & harder rubber spacers. I wouldn't trust rag joint with 52mm power.
I have used ragjoints for a decade. Never had any problems at all, including on my Minarelli hybrid with a race cylinder making substantially more power. But that said, I do have a lifetime experience keeping wheels true & tight which helps a LOT.
@@ManiacRacing Not sure if it was because I was using 29in wheels with 48 spokes 14g but if it was loose. Then it wasn't gripping enough & going tighter just squished the rubber into the spokes but still not enough grip. I had the sprocket even & 🔩 all torqued even in criss cross star pattern but still no luck. I'm happy now with the hub adapter, aluminum shim & 2 part epoxy glue.
Yeah 14g spokes are sketchy. I prefer 12g minimum, and 10g even better. Never had much luck with hub adapters. Still have several in my parts pile unused. @@michaelbrinks8089
He's got the same high performance racing head that I got except mine doesn't say Olyin on it mines a version one production unmarked it's a avenger 85/phantom menace 85 head bolts pattern matching for a yd100 a phantom and a ld100
I had a disc up front, but got sick of changing pads every month so I went back to V Brakes. I get three finger stoppies and they last forever. SO Yeah, they DO work quite well.
Its quite the upgrade, even over my LD100's with timing correction. FAR stronger power, especially with the pipe which has a hard midrange hit. Started slipping the clutch, so I upgraded to a stronger mainspring shaft from Don Butler. I won't be running regular chinadolls anymore now that these Avenger 85's have dropped.
@@ManiacRacing Im pumped too, But I respect The Standard China-doll, ANyway I just mocked up my Polini 21mm on The Avenger, I wouldnt mide that Mz for the Avenger or i can build with what i already have,,,, Undecided, Take us for a ride sometime, Subbed 👽👍🏻
She sounds awesome brother ride safe

Ya gotta take it out on the interstate to really feel it.
Sounds great bro
Yes Man i think it’s very good engine probably needs fine tuning but big potential need to see a real road test thanks for video Man 🤘🤘🤘
I subscribe your channel too 🤘🤘🤘🤞

That’s a big motor 😅
Sounds great 😃👍 ride safe!
Coming from. Speed racer himself lol 😅
dont forget too take off the air filter. Mine goes up to 35 with ease now.
Never used a Air Filter No problems with velocity stack only
Nice.

Yeah thats the earlier prototype I think. Not sure if anyone besides Olyin has them now.
Sounds good. Thanks for sharing.
You know what are great for stopping a motorbike? Rim brakes

I got a bike and im going to put a 49 cc on it
Be sure to get the engine mounted nice & solid and tight.
