    My fans won't come on in my 09. I had engine replaced..radiator few years back an fans wont come on.. luckily as long as I'm driving it won't over heat..but damm i can't figure out how to get them to come on.. thanks for your video

      Thanks for watching! Dang it, wish I had done a full repair video for you. Honestly not too hard of a repair, just somewhat tedious. You could be done in about an hour though - there's just no way to do it without removing that dang A/C condenser... we wasted so much time trying - still can't figure out why they would have designed it that way.     On a 2009 Murano, do you have to disconnect the a/c lines from the condenser, in order to remove the fan assembly? It appears the lines are routed through the frame of the fan assembly.

      Unfortunately yes I believe so. Another mechanically inclined buddy and I tried removing the radiator without disconnecting them for over 2hrs before we gave up. Everywhere I've read on line says there is no other way.
      It is pretty easy to recharge though. I just ordered a manifold gauge set & vacuum pump on Amazon & did it myself to Nissan specifications. Not too hard, and getting your own kit is about half of what just taking it to a shop would cost. If you don't work on enough to justify purchasing a kit, some auto parts stores will rent / lend them out for you to use.
