I was at work yesterday and Party In The USA started playing. I was not singing the Miley lyrics. I was singing this one. My coworkers were laughing their asses off.
Yes! That's my favorite of his original material. When I was a kid - which was in the 80s when it first came out - my friends and I had a whole routine worked out to that song. It was pretty frickin funny for 9 year olds
One of my favorites that my Mom loved to laugh at was "You don't Love me Anymore" - definitely want to listen to Another Tattoo Too - Pretty Fly for a Rabbi is another Great one. :)
The guy who grabbed him at the end is the guy he missed in the beginning, when he accidently shot the wrong guy. Again, I recommend either "Dare to be Stupid," which is done in the style of Devo, or "Bob," which is done in the style of Bob Dylan.
Gotta do “Handy” next. I remember Al explaining in an interview once that he actually does syllable counts on the original songs so he has a baseline to work with when it comes to rewriting the lyrics for the parody.
TO ANYBODY WHO SUGGESTS "BOB" Please don't reveal why the song is so special before he does a reaction to it.... Let's see if he figures it out himself 😁
in 1995, Al was here in Saskatchewan during his concert tour, & was at the hospital visiting the sick kids, & when I was born, Al held me before my parents did ☺
You've gotta do "Achy Breaky Song". You might be too young to remember the original, but "Achy Breaky Heart" was one of, if not *the* biggest country hit of the 1990s. I believe Billy Ray and Miley are the only father/daughter duo that Al has parodied.
I feel so old seeing the Weird Al songs you're asked to play. Haven't seen Like a Surgeon yet, for instance. Well, comedy is mostly recognition based and most of the new songs I can't link, never have heard the originals. Just putting it out there.
Al specifically writes his parodies such that you don't need to know the original song to enjoy the humor. In fact, half of the songs on his albums are not direct parodies and are original songs by Al. Many fans will tell stories how they never heard the original song until much later in life.
my cousin recently asked me who David Letterman is, because she keeps getting recommended his clips by UA-cam ...kids... ...even if she IS older than me...
I fully believe the CIA must've bumped this. Also as a Latin American this it's a pretty accurate description of the CIA in third world countries. P.s. Please do "Albuquerque" (the animated video of the song) and "Like A Surgeon"
The guy at the end was the same one who when he said the line "assassinate a head of state that almost got me dismissed" is the guy he was supposed to eliminate in that section
He does a short version of this song during his concerts, and he's played at Wolf Trap in northern Virginia, which is about 2 miles from CIA headquarters.
I've seen a lot of songs mentioned here and they are all great. I would like to request a little less known one. Trigger Happy is a fun one that was a favorite of mine for a few years when I was a kid.
Oh shoot also should check out any of his Polka songs. "The Alternative Polka" and "Polka your eyes out" are some of my favorites. Thanks Cliff you rock man!
lol the one that got him wasn't the one that he shot with his silencer on, you can see at 2:15 (it was his main "target" that got him, he missed him and shot...what Cheny? at 2:34 and 3:03 is where he killed the one with the silencer which was the middle target
the head of state at the end is the one he missed killing in the "that was not even on my list" part. The one of the silencer was the american dictator
I'm going to throw in a recommendation for one that I don't think is on the official channel: the "Yoda Chant". It's something he does in concerts to spice up his song Yoda. It was just a brief bit of musical silliness, but over the years it's grown and grown and now it's something like over 3 minutes long.
I love this song! It's on my playlist! Great reaction! I concur! Haha Weird Al is awesome! I listened to him since he was on the Dr Demento show with other similar artists.
I'm subscribing just for the Weird Al reactions! You gotta cover UHF! Like, see the movie and do a video segment reacting to the musical segments? I don't know if that's doable but I'd love to see it!
I think the ending is is probably him being finally taken out by that Dictator, but because he smiled to show broken teeth right after that Better dental plan line, I like to think that it was part of the plan to be caught and he beat them all up and escaped.
The guy who took him out at the end was the one who he missed on the stand and got the wrong person lol it was a different warlord he had his silencer on for lol
If you haven't done 'Germs'- I beg you, do yourself the favour; it's like the baby of Trent Reznor & Bill Nye- the melody's like a mix of two NIN songs....
You've covered quite a few of these things. You've almost wrapped them all up. Another parody song, with a good video is "Living With a Hernia". It helps, if you remember Rocky IV, and you're familiar with James Brown. Blues Brothers, Rocky III, and Doctor Detroit are probably good things to have in the back of your mind. It's not necessary, but they are good things to have experienced, to have an idea of James Brown's style.
I was at work yesterday and Party In The USA started playing. I was not singing the Miley lyrics. I was singing this one. My coworkers were laughing their asses off.
its better anyway
@@jonathaslopes8038 Way better. This Disney teen, tween, bullshit gives me a fuckin headache. And that is the entire music industry these days.
I passed the U.S. embassy in London once and this song played as a ringtone behind the gates.
3:30 “I wonder if anyone in the CIA pumps this”?
Me:that’s classified! 🤣😂
I can neither deny nor deny that the CIA love this
One More Minute. A Weird Al original that had me on the floor the first time I heard it.
My favorite of all his songs. So funny
Yes! That's my favorite of his original material. When I was a kid - which was in the 80s when it first came out - my friends and I had a whole routine worked out to that song. It was pretty frickin funny for 9 year olds
@@DonnaCPunk Then there's an occasional line in it you don't "get" until you're an adult....
YES, One More Minute Is a Great Doo-Wap song Weird Al original!!!
You Don't Love Me Anymore! Another one that I was on the floor laughing at!
Another awesome one down, now we need: "Weird Al" Yankovic - Tacky
So much this!
Seconded
Hell yah lol
If something ever happens to Weird Al (god forbid), the original artists should have a concert where they sing Al's version of their songs
Definitely gotta do foil by him next ♥️
^+1
It's gotta be! ^_^
Yess!!
foil is one of my fave's it does take a turn though lol
@@TXTrojan shhh 🤫
I think you'd enjoy Weird Al singing The Night Santa Went Crazy
This one, and Christmas at Ground Zero should be done for Christmas.
Listening to that is one of my Christmas traditions.
If there's a video for "The Night Santa Went Crazy," he *has* to use the fan-animated Claymation version.
YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS LOVE THAT SONG !!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who wants him to react to it.
One of my favorites that my Mom loved to laugh at was "You don't Love me Anymore" - definitely want to listen to Another Tattoo Too - Pretty Fly for a Rabbi is another Great one. :)

It actually was his first target, the one he missed and accidentally terminated the wrong one.
rookie mistake
@@ImprovmanZero Mistakes happen. Just do a post-mortem report and a quickie training video, and it's all good 😁
Gotta do “Handy” next.
I remember Al explaining in an interview once that he actually does syllable counts on the original songs so he has a baseline to work with when it comes to rewriting the lyrics for the parody.
Like a Surgeon by Weird Al
TO ANYBODY WHO SUGGESTS "BOB"
Please don't reveal why the song is so special before he does a reaction to it.... Let's see if he figures it out himself 😁
the guy that survived was the guy where al killed the head of state by mistake, and missed his real target (the guy at the end)
Noticed the thumbnail for "Your Horoscope For Today" at the end. I would LOVE to see your reaction to that one!
The cia publicly loves this song
This was the second time that a song written by a Cyrus was parodied by Al. He did Billy Ray’s “Achy Breaky Heart” back in the day as well
Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota. My favorite original, and I have it memorized.
YES!! One of my favorites. Thank you!
Gotta do Foil and We’re all Doomed.
Tacky is a must listen to. I love it! And the video is great!!!
You've got to watch The Night Santa Went Crazy!
Seeing the cartoon version of weird Al is just the best. 😁
Al's been doing this, since I was tiny.
Always top notch, and respects the original artists.
in 1995, Al was here in Saskatchewan during his concert tour,
& was at the hospital visiting the sick kids,
& when I was born, Al held me before my parents did ☺

the night santa went crazy!
Please do "Handy", "Foil", and "The Ebay Song". You'll be laughing for days.
Yes, please more Weird Al thank you.
I Love Rocky Road & Living With a Hernia
Weird Al - Biggest ball of twine in Minnesota
Foil please 😂😂😂
I feel so old seeing the Weird Al songs you're asked to play. Haven't seen Like a Surgeon yet, for instance. Well, comedy is mostly recognition based and most of the new songs I can't link, never have heard the originals. Just putting it out there.
This is a good one, also the only one Weird Al ever did by request!
Al specifically writes his parodies such that you don't need to know the original song to enjoy the humor. In fact, half of the songs on his albums are not direct parodies and are original songs by Al. Many fans will tell stories how they never heard the original song until much later in life.

Albuquerque!!!!
I fully believe the CIA must've bumped this. Also as a Latin American this it's a pretty accurate description of the CIA in third world countries.
P.s. Please do "Albuquerque" (the animated video of the song) and "Like A Surgeon"
Gump is also an excellent choice also
I forgot about Gump! That would be a rad choice!
Albuquerque: The Movie next!
This is one of my faves from Al's more recent music. Thanks for posting it.
Weird AL is the best. A treasure ❤️
The guy at the end was the same one who when he said the line "assassinate a head of state that almost got me dismissed" is the guy he was supposed to eliminate in that section
Yes! More Weird Al 😂, thanks Cliff - have a great day.
Yes, do foil
Great as always! Next has gotta be // Foil \\. A good followup thematically with this one.
He does a short version of this song during his concerts, and he's played at Wolf Trap in northern Virginia, which is about 2 miles from CIA headquarters.
Weird Al is the Mozart of Lyricists.
Weird Al - Since You've Been Gone
I'm so happy you finally got to this one. Can't wait to see your reaction!
Definitely you'll love TACKY!!!! It's a parody of Happy...
We only torrrrrture the folks we don’t like…you’re probably gunna be ok. Hilarious. 😂
I've seen a lot of songs mentioned here and they are all great.
I would like to request a little less known one.
Trigger Happy is a fun one that was a favorite of mine for a few years when I was a kid.
I think you would die laughing at “Handy”, parody of Fancy by Iggy Azalea😂😂
Everyone always forgets about "night Santa went crazy" lol always my fave
Oh shoot also should check out any of his Polka songs. "The Alternative Polka" and "Polka your eyes out" are some of my favorites. Thanks Cliff you rock man!
Genius recognizes genius. ;-)
You need to do "Good Enough for Now" and "One More Minute", both originals
Casting my vote for Weird Al “eBay” next.
Word Crimes is one of my favorite Al Yankovich songs!
Please do “Foil”!!!
lol the one that got him wasn't the one that he shot with his silencer on, you can see at 2:15 (it was his main "target" that got him, he missed him and shot...what Cheny? at 2:34 and 3:03 is where he killed the one with the silencer which was the middle target
your horoscope for today is his newest song I think. you can see it is suggested after this song is finished.
The fact that it's animated with all it talks about is so crazy.
the head of state at the end is the one he missed killing in the "that was not even on my list" part. The one of the silencer was the american dictator

Jackson Park Express is one of my fav original songs. I like it because there is no talking of characters only thoughts.
I've seen quite a bit of Weird Al's videos in the past, but I have never seen nor heard this one before. It was good. Funny parody. 👍🏿😂
Loved the reaction. You gotta try The Hu's Wolf Totem!
I love this song. My girlfriend used to have this for a ringtone for a friend of ours that worked for the CIA. Lol
Yes! I've been dying for some more Weird Al! Love it!
To answer you question.....no, they do not play it at the C|A.....but it is played in other agencies to make fun of them 🤷🏼♂️ 😂
Cliff Beats- “He tried to torture me… but all I told him is everything he wanted to know.”
I love this song! It's on my playlist! Great reaction! I concur! Haha Weird Al is awesome! I listened to him since he was on the Dr Demento show with other similar artists.
You like word-play. Check out "Bob". Even has a solid video. "Do geese see God"?
The guy in the end was the target he was supposed to take out but shot the head of state.
Foil for sure but also Livin’ In The Fridge. Both so good.
Al is the G.O.A.T.
Have to do “Genius in France” off of “Poodle Hat”! But who am I kidding, basically anything off of that album is gold
Yoda by Al is downright prophetic- and hilarious!
I'm subscribing just for the Weird Al reactions! You gotta cover UHF! Like, see the movie and do a video segment reacting to the musical segments? I don't know if that's doable but I'd love to see it!
Confessions part 3. Parody of Ushers Confessions..... so good!!
Love the silencer sound effect.
“It’s got to be their them song” lol
I'd recommend The Rye or The Kaiser (Theme From Rocky XIII) it's a lesser know gem of his.
We also need to see Living With a Hernia
Phony Calls! It's a parody of TLC Waterfalls! Hilarious!
bro an artist hasnt made it until AL made a parody. period
the GOAT of parody hands down
I think the ending is is probably him being finally taken out by that Dictator, but because he smiled to show broken teeth right after that Better dental plan line, I like to think that it was part of the plan to be caught and he beat them all up and escaped.
CIA Officer, not agent. Granted, you never get to quit. There's no such thing as "Ex-CIA Officer."
The guy who took him out at the end was the one who he missed on the stand and got the wrong person lol it was a different warlord he had his silencer on for lol
You should do some side by sides of parody and original videos
did anyone warn this guy that once youi hear the weird al version you cant sing it another way
If you haven't done 'Germs'- I beg you, do yourself the favour; it's like the baby of Trent Reznor & Bill Nye- the melody's like a mix of two NIN songs....
More Weird Al Yankovic, please.❤
gotta love it

Cletus T Judd does country parodies
Great Video Reaction!🙂
I will never NOT want more Weird Al.
You should do Weird Al's Albuquerque. It's an original of his and is EPIC.
Still gonna vote yoda with you being a star wars fans
CNR. Not a specific parody of White Stripes but in their style
"I Can't Watch This" - "Weird Al" Yankovic. Parody of "U Can't Touch This".
