  • I decided to upgrade my Saxophone from a Selmer USA to a Jean Paul Ts-860!
There aren't a ton of real consumer reviews out there about this horn, so I decided to create one. Hope this helps you on your journey to finding your next instrument!!!

Hey there! I purchased a tenor intermediate and I have to say I am very happy with it. I'm actually an Alto Saxophone player for 12 plus years and I wanted to get myself a tenor Saxophone that won't break the bank. So I decided on this jean Paul Tenor and in glad I did! Hope this helps. ( BTW this my opinion and jean paul don't pay me or I get discounts for my opinion. ) I just been honest because it's actually a really good sax for the price. It gives a run for ur money to establish brand name over priced Saxophone like I said hope this helps

So far so good! It took some getting used to at first because its so much easier to play than my last horn lol. You can feel the difference mostly on the extremes of the instrument. Low notes pop out much easier and with less effort than on cheaper instruments. It is also easier to play in the altissimo range, in my opinion. I dont have any real complaints at this point. There was something weird with the the B flat fork on the left hand at first but I think its just me getting used to the feel of a new horn. Hope this helps! Thanks for commenting.
