- Garides saganaki is a classic Greek dish of shrimp, tomatoes, onion and feta. Cooked under the broiler, this bubbling one-pot dish is easy and so satisfying. Be sure to serve with plenty of crusty bread to sop up the sauce.

This was the very first Greek dish I learned to cook some 20 years ago, and it's still one of my favorite dishes. Thanks for sharing this video.
That looks so yummy I'll give it a go. Thank you Andrew.x☺️
Looks Amazing
😯Ooo, YUM, thank you for sharing🍤🍅👌
Deviated a bit from how it's made in Greece, but spot on!! eat it with a loaf of bread ;)
Saganaki, a frying pan with two handles, which comes from the Turkish word sahan 'copper dish',itself borrowed from Arabic.
Bro Shut your mouth you don’t know wtf you’re talking about 🤦🏼♂️
can you use ouzo instead of wine?
Yes use ouzo or tsipouro
Do not use wine
What would be a great side dish for this? Love your kitchen btw!
Usually pasta.
This is a side dish.
I.e an appetiser
Pasta would not be a traditional match with shrimp saganaki
Hi Andrew could you substitute feta for goat cheese ?
The greek feta is the star of the dish.
OI that is delicious but Shrimp Saganaki is made with Ouzo. Not wine.
If it looks good eat it
What's the common name of the shrimp used? or scientific name?
Use the freshest best shrimp you can find. Uncooked, big and super fresh. Not frozen and thawed
🇬🇷🇬🇷
well it's ouzo instead of wine but ok... :)
Umm?? When was this filmed? This is not new. This isn’t the kitchen he normally films in and he doesn’t wear a wedding ring anymore. Interesting.
saganaki means pan not broiled...
You tasted it with the raw shrimp in it. This is dangerous. Why did you do this?
You silly. That's nothing compared to some of the things He's eaten!Have you not seen his show?
