I was here at this restaurant last April, 20222 I had a Togo order; I order Ceviche and also had Pollo a La brasa from the adjacent restaurant( located on the left side from Ceviche105)...there is park right in front of the restaurants with a beautiful view of the ocean...this is where my family and I sat to eat the Ceviche and Pollo a la Brasa🙋♂️ The Ceviche was great And The Pollo a la Brasa was succulent well complemented by spicy sauce 👌

Nunca he visto tostones en un cebiche... Pero igual se ve muy bueno. Ahora que con la técnica correcta para la leche de tigre, puede considerarse cebiche, no? Es decir, no lleva tostones pero si chifles, que es técnicamente plátano frito también...
Weird because we don’t eat ceviche on top of tostones. We basically don’t mix tostones with any ceviche type dish. In the jungle/selva they use tostones a lot. Cviche 105 is good but not the best Peruvian place in Miami.
