Crispy dosa from raw jackfruit | Halasinakayi dosa recipe | ಹಲಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ ದೋಸೆ | Halasina kayi dose

A crispy & tasty dosa can be prepared by using raw Jackfruits. The color& quality of dosa depends on the nature of Jackfruit. So the proportion of rice and jackpods added to prepare dosa batter is also depends. Usually people add 50:50 or 70(pods):30(rice) proportion. This dosa doesn't require ferm okentation. So you can prepare dosa immediately after grinding the batter.

Dosa rice 250 grams
