- Tender/unripen coconut dosa is a simple breakfast recipe, which requires only few ingredients such as rice and tender coconut. This can be eaten with chutney, sambar or jaggery mixed grated coconut. There is no requirement of fermentation of batter.
Ingredients:-
Unriped coconut 1
Dosa rice 3 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil to grease tava
For jaggery mixed coconut
Greated Jaggary 1/2 cup
Greated coconut 1 cup
