I think it would be really cute if the butler has been around for a long time, having them like a playable character in the family! Because realistically if they've been around since the kids were little and everything, they would be like part of the family (I thinking of like the butler in The Parent Trap).

I wasn’t feeling good today so I was just gonna watch sims 4 builds and I looked up “sims 4 mansions” and this video came up and at first I didn’t think much of it and I usually just play the video without sound, but watching you explain everything and put in almost an hour video shows you 100% deserve your fans and subscribers 😭. Truly you are the most incredible builder hands down. Little tip for butlers, what I’ve figured out is that you have to tell them to sleep when the family sleeps. Click then, go to the butler icon, click assign task, go to bed. It’s the only way to get them on your families schedule.

i think as a continued storyline for the daughter could be her feeling a lot of pressure to continue her moms legacy, she could be more active on social media/ becoming an influencer but is always compared to her mother and trying to become her own person instead of just a shadow of her mom, and is feeling a lot of pressure to do beauty, fitness, etc. online when she isn’t sure she wants to do that yet, so eventually she could embrace it or maybe break free and start doing something else or creating other content unlike what’s expected of her. love your storylines!!! i always love imagining them as well! and beautiful house ❤️❤️
This build is beyond stunning!! Your style of decorating is absolutely gorgeous! Also, the fact that you managed to do a 45-ish minute voice over is impressive as heck! I always struggle with anything over 20-25 minutes! 😂
This was nice. I love it as is, as it's kinda modest in terms of interior decor. I look forward to adding it to my game. The guest room was a nice touch as I often have over night guests in game who have no place to sleep. The two of the words you were looking for: Arboretum (indoor gardening room) and Man Cave (men's study)
Amazing build, once again ! 😍 About the butler, you can tell them to go to sleep when your last sim goes to bed too. You just have to select your sim, click on the butler and go in the orders, there's an option to tell them to go to sleep (I don't know the name of it in english tho sorry) and without even doing an interraction with your sim the butler will go to sleep in their bed immediatly! It's a bit tedious to do that everyday but at least they sleep at the same time as your sims (I guess the devs made it that way so that if you have sims living at night for example the butler would still be aroud. I don't know but it seems plausible aha)

As anyone told you that your voice is calming and soothing... It's I've been listening to this on repeat, and it's just perfect. You also gave me a breakthrough, my inspiration is running wild. The landscaping is so lush! I love the use of the curved walls to make like steps. The backyard with the raised patio used to create two separate backyard spaces is genious and looks amazing. I love how cozy and lived in you make everything look with all the clutter and pictures. My only critique would be that the trophy room could have doubled as an office space if you got rid of that bar piece (I’m guessing that’s what that was?). Anyways amazing build!

So I have arranged for new internet, my current one is absolutely horrendous! This motivates me to make my own mansion. I've been wanting to get better a building since I'm pretty bad at coming up with my own ideas. I am able to come up with my own stories for my sims, especially since I like writing on my own time for fun, but when it comes to building, I always look up floorplans, interior ideas, etc. Whenever I build a house for my current gen, I just place things down at random.

Not sure if it's a current fashion, but in older houses butlers and other staff lived in the attic space. Maybe an attic space over the garage would be good, separate from the other upper levels? Thanks for the build!

Hi Jessica, I stumbled across your channel late last night…I AM HOOKED!! 😂. This is now the 4th fast build video of your’s I’m watching!!! Love your builds so far, and especially your landscaping!! I completely understand the frustration when your sim does weird stuff like going to a completely different part of the lot to prepare a meal when they have plenty of available bench space. One of my sims families have 3 generations living on the lot. The grandparents have a fully self-contained granny flat. In the main house there is a huge kitchen with a tonne of available bench space & 2 oven/stovetops, but then they go to the granny flat to prep food 😖.

I love your sims builds. I have a question though, and you don't have to respond, but would you ever consider doing tutorial videos for how to do certain things in your builds? How did you learn how to do all of this? I love doing sims builds too, but I'm garbage at it and very new at it and it seems so overwhelming looking for resources for good mods and tips and tricks. This is Amazing!! Love the landscaping! Looks like a good place for a country club! Wish community lots could have multi purpose. I like strip malls with a cafe and nail salon or something never know how to categorize lots.
All the community lots in my save I’m trying to make multi purpose! I’m doing the parks to be cafes, and recently built a arcade, bowling alley, and karaoke bar - I just prefer playing that way myself and in gameplay you can just change the lot type to be what you want to play with! (Although they still function regardless!)

Not sure if it's a current fashion, but in older houses butlers and other staff lived in the attic space. Maybe an attic space over the garage would be good, separate from the other upper levels? Thanks for the build!

I completely understand the frustration when your sim does weird stuff like going to a completely different part of the lot to prepare a meal when they have plenty of available bench space. One of my sims families have 3 generations living on the lot. The grandparents have a fully self-contained granny flat. In the main house there is a huge kitchen with a tonne of available bench space & 2 oven/stovetops, but then they go to the granny flat to prep food 😖.

I love your sims builds. I have a question though, and you don't have to respond, but would you ever consider doing tutorial videos for how to do certain things in your builds? How did you learn how to do all of this? I love doing sims builds too, but I'm garbage at it and very new at it and it seems so overwhelming looking for resources for good mods and tips and tricks. Thank you for making these beautiful builds though. It's so relaxing and fun to watch. I'd just love to make some nice ones myself someday too.
I really love this build but sometimes i felt like a lot of rooms looked the same and some of them were over decorated, but i am still very impressed
This is Amazing!! Love the landscaping! Looks like a good place for a country club! Wish community lots could have multi purpose. I like strip malls with a cafe and nail salon or something never know how to categorize lots.
All the community lots in my save I’m trying to make multi purpose! I’m doing the parks to be cafes, and recently built a arcade, bowling alley, and karaoke bar - I just prefer playing that way myself and in gameplay you can just change the lot type to be what you want to play with! (Although they still function regardless!)
