- The birth of the ALL Terrain Engine Crane!
(parts list available SOON!)
I'm actually thinking about improving this design already and building a heavier version so stay tuned!

A perfect piece of machinery for pulling out 30 old hardwood fence posts.
We bought the same castors and 75mm x 100mm x 12mm U bolts and had quality Dunlop tyres and tubes fitted to the rims.
When pulling the posts out I lay a piece of 150mm x 150mm hardwood timber under each end so the pulling weight doesn't flatten the castor wheels.
Thumb up for welding on sandals.
Now add some removable brackets to the long legs for the engine to rest on while you move it...
I plan to build a heavier version with other improvements
Really good stuff. I wonder if you would be better off with the swivel wheels by the hitch and the fixed wheel at the other end. Liked the end result for turf and dirt drive way.
I will try that and see if it works better when I build another one. There's a few improvements I plan to make on the next one like better tires, an electric winch, and a better lift cylinder
Welding in slides and shorts🤣😭
so many things, just wrong, makes me say WTF
@@berkleygreenway8252 that's like, your opinion man
@@Stachebilly True, my Opinion. I don't see this as being able to go under a car without it being up on jacks. U-Blots are not the greatest to hold the tires on. Absolutely no safety consideration when welding prep and welding. Do you think those tires are rated high enough to support the weight the lift is capable of? It would work, but there are better ways of doing it. Myself I use a gantry with 13" tires for outside work.
