Building A House - Custom Home Time Lapse - Start to Finish

This home build time lapse video shows some of the construction highlights and milestones of the JAM House In Columbus, Ohio. The time lapse video was captured using GoPro cameras, a DJI Phantom 4 Drone, a Cannon 6D, Syrp Genie, and Brinno TLC 200 Construction Camera. The final video was edited in Premiere Pro.
Compton Construction’s Estimator and Drafter, Jeremy Miller, is building a house to be a live work space. Jeremy acquired a vacant lot through the Columbus Land Bank program, and designed the custom home to fit his lifestyle and minimalist way of life. Construction took about 3.5 months from start to finish

Hello - This house was unique because it was built on a Land Bank vacant lot, which was an extremely cost effective way to buy the lot. The owner did some of the work, which also added cost savings. However, this house would cost around $200,000 to build it again.
