Yes, I recall playing this game in full in 1992. it took me $20, but I finished it. This playthrough seems cheesy today, but it was interesting for its time. It's just too bad that Laserdisc games didn't continue to evolve, instead fading into arcade history.
Sorry, I don't know how to fix that. Maybe try asking someone on the Singe website where the game is downloaded from. Do you have the latest version of the emulator? Who Shot Johnny Rock was bugged for me on the Singe 2 emulator. The game would always crash when you reached a certain point. So I had to finish it on Sega CD for a full playthrough. It sounds like sometimes people's computers are just not compatible with the Singe emulator for specific games. When I searched for an answer to why Johnny Rock kept crashing, I could not find anybody else with the same issue. So I just gave up trying to solve it.
If you really want to finish the game, you can play it on a 3DO emulator like Opera. I did a playthrough of Space Pirates on the Retroarch fork of Opera.
you can download the emulator and games from a website called kangaroopunch.com That is where I got all my Singe 2.0 games from. There is no console port or official steam port though. The games only run on PC.

Julia Roberts in the role of her life.
Quirky game but it was released in '92? wow! But I assume lethal enforcers is an 80's game
Lethal Enforcers is from the early 90s
This is broken for me on Singe 2. When it tells u to shoot when its blue to save ursula, nothing can stop a game over screen. No matter when i shoot
