Video is very helpful. The instructions that came with the fountain were not clear that there is a sponge in part #7 water pump. Instructions said to rinse 3 items before using, filter, muffler sponge, and pump filter sponge. A diagram in the instructions showing the sponge would have been helpful. Thank goodness for this video because the pump sponge was shown. There is a diagram in the instructions on how to disassemble the pump for cleaning. Sponge is illustrated but not clearly identified. Once you know what you are looking at it is understandable but being brand new to product and not mechanically inclined this video was a time saver. Another thing worth mentioning, the MAX and MIN indicators are difficult to see. If you hold bucket up to light you can see. The MAX is about 5 ribs from top. I had a Drinkwell Pet fountain for over 10 years. It worked well but I like the smaller footprint of the Nugget. And much easier to clean. Thanks again for the video. Very helpful.
