  • The GOAT!
    In celebration of Eliud Kipchoge’s second Olympic Gold in the Marathon - we bring you a blast from the past. We followed Kipchoge and the NN Running Team around in Kaptagat, Kenya in August 2017 for a couple of training sessions in the lead up to Berlin Marathon 2017.
    Video shot from a motorbike with a GoPro.

    Just imagine there's somebody out there who runs a faster marathon than Kipchoge but never told anyone, sitting on his couch, watching the olympics, smiling secretly😂

      no, im sure if someone was able to run faster than kipchoge, they would have been noticed or spoken up if possible, if not im assuming it would be a poor kid/man somewhere around the world that doesnt have access to internet and/or a way to truly see his own potential compared to the world. I doubt someone would stay silent about such talent Cheers mate!

      Probably, there are billion people around the world, there is always someone better then the one on the media

      @@hgv3666 could be true but also, getting to this level requires years of training and good genetics. If someone were to reach Eliuds level, it would have to be someone who takes running seriously and invested many hours into training.

    I'm proud to say that I can hang with them in the warm up kilometer :D It wasn't exactly easy to reach that fitness for me. When I run I try to mimic their form and I'm imagining I'm training for some big race, haha

      You can feel it. You just need to work at it. Any one of us can feel it if we want it bad enough

      You do 18 mile runs? Shiittt most I’ve done is 7

  • @pinkpapaya0430
    @pinkpapaya0430 2 роки тому +6

    I wonder how long Eliud's average "long run" is. Considering that he runs 110+ miles per week (~170 km), that's a lot of room for fartleks and tempos. Saying that "he's amazing" is an understatement!!
