these exercises are only attempts to create an incRement of weight force ,but uselessly for many reasons. 1 they don t emulate. 2 some are bipodalic while the sprint is monopodalic, 3. the monopodalic exercise are not with an overload. if some exercise has overload, is a limited overload or fixed overload, in other terms they don t offer a progressive overload and however compromises the balance...real vectorial forces in a sprint motion are very different despite what these exercise seems to be, the total of weight training exercises (performed with isotonic machine or free weights ) are almost different and far from emulation of sprint motions, just for example they are bipodalic and however the pushing foot dont transfer the force to the other leg..Exist also another factor for each exercise of this video that explains clearly why cannot those drills produce real positive effects on the capacity (in other terms these drills are only confined in the ability)
