Hey Team #everydaywarrior,
Time to recover ! I send you some beach vibes.
This one of my Stretching Routines when it comes to lower Body Stretch - perfect for preparing for Front Splits. Many of you may not know, but I am naturally really stiff, even though I did gymnastics when I was younger. Theres always huge genetics difference between all of us.
BUT: for sure we can work hard and IMPROVE at any time and in all kind of areas!
So, integrate this routine whenever you feel like stretching - you will improve your front splits, I promise. And probably: if you stay consistent you will get them soon.
As you can see in the video, mine are not perfect either, I need to keep my hips more parallel. But I can tell: it hurts to me AS HELL 🤭 - no joke. I really need to push myself and stay focused when it comes to stretching as well.
But Mobility and Flexibility is also really important for our overall fitness.
I hope this helps and motivates you - especially because I am not one of those natural born flexible people.
