Your point about taking things out of the packaging -- because the packaging is designed to catch our eye, and to mislead as to what the quantity is -- is something I've thought about before, but never have thought about what you said that the packaging can interfere with our own creativity in the kitchen. Your gadget to cover up private info on papers looks great! It's also good for recycling paper. Shredded paper is less valuable than whole sheets and they often need to be put into clear plastic bags to recycle.

I highly agree with you when you say that cleaning is a different thing when you have younger kids. My kids are 4 and 1, I cant remember how many times I changed my cleaning routine. My 4 year old already have her own chores but it is really different when you clean in peace hahaa! But they grow so fast! For now, i really simplify my daily routine, your tips have always been helpful to a homemaker like me.

So helpful, I especially love the food saver, we used to have a machine much bigger and by not using it, it died on us. But this seems more convenient, and the ID protection stamp, so great! We also have a shredder that has paper sitting on top that still needs shredding. But a stamp seems so much more convenient. Thanks for all the links, as well!

Taking food out of the packaging isn't just for aesthetically pleasing cohesiveness, it's a game-changer! I would have a pantry FULL of food, I'd get overwhelmed and not even begin to know what to cook that day. Now I buy less because I can SEE what we have at a glance! Lazy susans or turntables for condiments are a must-have for me. This video was AMAZING. 🤗

This is a little suggestion that I want to share: For shirts that I hang up, I don't put the hanger through the collar because there is a risk, that the collar will quickly wear out. I put the hanger through the bottom side.

I bought a Hizero this week on Amazon. Expensive but they had a $100 off sale and had an offer for 12 small payments. It is cordless and mops and mechanically gets rid of the dirt at the same time. It is allowing me to get rid of all of my mops and mop heads and brooms and dust pans and all the rest of it. Floor cleaning clutter was one of my problems.

About food organization outside fridge. Twice in my life I had food moths. I had to threw almost all my flours, pastas, spices, teas, etc. It was a disaster! From then for food which can moths eat I use ONLY sealed packaging - with seals and clamps. Only this solution can protect my food from moths. And jars and boxes like this look really nice in kitchen, so I is a plus :)
I don't know if moths are a problem in your region, but if they exist, learn on my mistake if it's not to late ;)

I put two to three layers of Parchment paper in my refrigerator drawers, I discard once a month, I find it is easier to keep clean and it's sanitary.

I really like the metal fridge containers. The glass jars and vacuum bags were all so small. The freezer ones were ones though. That only works if you have a small family or don't have all your meals at home. I love glass but we avoid it because too often they get dropped and nothing stresses me out more than sweeping up glass and searching for stray shards that skidded away. My kids all always barefoot.

Vitamins are also very important to be stored away from light especially if they don't come in a closed box or how you call it because the moment they stay in light they lose all their properties. Luckily not a lot of brands produce bad packages but my Omega 3 is in those transparent foils so I always cover it by putting it in a nice cookie box which has a lid.
😁You can keep your your Vitamins in the Fridge. It keeps it fresh and away from the light. Nothing wrong with that.👍

Dish soap is too strong for hands - be careful as your skin can become very dry. It's a bit of waste too when the dishwaher is right there and so convenient . Just stack it as they day goes on and then run it once it's full.
