I hope those men in your family truly realize what an AMAZING woman they have in you as a wife and mother. Sometimes men think those little heart sticks you put on their food are just silly, but it's a way we women show them how much we love them. Those heart sticks, the flowers in the food, all the wonderful things you do for your men is always so full of the love you have for them. I sure hope they know what a GEM you are. ( I kinda think they do! 😇) I have recently taken up my cross stitch again., and am making time for it much like you do for painting. I have RA and put it away after being first diagnosed with it, but I have been missing doing it and so I have started again. Don't know if my hands will cooperate, but we'll see. Loved the longer video, and wanted to say what a nice job your husband did on all the out building he has done next to the chicken coop! It looks SO nice!! As always, this was a nice start to the weekend.

Hi Verla, I had RA for 40 years and 5 years ago I started working on my GUT HEALTH by eating FERMENTED FOODS and cutting out DAIRY & OIL from my diet. I also SUPPORT MY DIGESTION with DIGESTIVE ENZYMES and BETAINE HYDROCHLORIDE to INCREASE my STOMACH ACID...watch videos by Clint Paddison ....I have been medication-free for 4 years and although I had many replaced joints in the past from the chronic inflammation, I no longer have any inflammation in my body. My 60's are the healthiest and best decade of my adult life. I had to very slowly wean myself off my medication but the idea is to become so healthy that you won't need medication. I found out about VOCs many years ago and have strived to reduce them in our home. Thank you for the reminder on stretching. I had injured both knees almost a year ago and should be stretching more often. Thanks for the reminders. Can’t wait to see your garden videos to come!

It took a couple days but I got this video watched. As usual it is perfect! So glad you are trying to grow the mushrooms! I hope the funk from it doesn't set off any allergies being inside your home. If that happens maybe you need to set something warm up in the garage. I wanted you to know I have been paying lots of attention to my habits lately and you have something to do with that. It seems like you know what you want and have cultivated a life that helps you get that life. You seem so peaceful and purposeful. In particular I have started making a lot of simple soups. Really just broth and veggies but I never liked soup and I never liked a lot of hot food. (I had spilled very hot cocoa on myself when I was little.) I like making it for other people but I like my food gloppy. Hahah anyway I find that if I just keep it simple it's really quick and inexpensive and I just have to be careful not to spill it. I didn't really understand how filling and satisfying soup is. I have been thinking of you for valentines but didn't get a package out until this morning. I think it will be 3 items in the same box, arriving to your PO box on wed Feb 22. It would be my grandma's birthday so maybe that says something! She died at age 103 about 5 years ago. She was a very very wise woman just like you so I'm honored to gift you on her birthday. And I know you don't expect or need anything. I get joy out of sharing small and or consumable things with you.

I wanted you to know I have been paying lots of attention to my habits lately and you have something to do with that. It seems like you know what you want and have cultivated a life that helps you get that life. You seem so peaceful and purposeful. In particular I have started making a lot of simple soups. Really just broth and veggies but I never liked soup and I never liked a lot of hot food. (I had spilled very hot cocoa on myself when I was little.) I like making it for other people but I like my food gloppy. Hahah anyway I find that if I just keep it simple it's really quick and inexpensive and I just have to be careful not to spill it. I didn't really understand how filling and satisfying soup is.
I have been thinking of you for valentines but didn't get a package out until this morning. I think it will be 3 items in the same box, arriving to your PO box on wed Feb 22. It would be my grandma's birthday so maybe that says something! She died at age 103 about 5 years ago. She was a very very wise woman just like you so I'm honored to gift you on her birthday. And I know you don't expect or need anything. I get joy out of sharing small and or consumable things with you.
