Hey man, can you please give your viewers a reasonable and responsible reason as to why you can't keep those fish and then going to go get other large fish? I would hate for this show to become a pet tuber channel :/.

Think hard about what fish u want what fish to keep what tank for them to be in because at the end of the day if people did that Ohio fish rescue wouldn't have to do what they do . I think theres more people out there that buy and get rid of fish than actually bother to keep them . Just being honest dont take it the wrong way but make ur mind up . I've had my snake heads and my community tank for a number of years only added fish to them ones that have had to go are for genuine reasons and not because I see something else and dump what I've got
Don't take this the wrong way but at the end of the day I feel sorry for the fish.You just dumped all of those fish and you are shopping for more.
Just being transparent with everyone, not trying to cover anything up. Im just going a different direction than originally planned. With me tearing down tanks for bigger projects I have 0 room for all the fish I got rid of. Believe me it was a hard decision.
Completely agree with this stick to what you buy actually have a think about what your buying not buying things that UA-cam want to see at the end of the your the one keeping them your the one looking after them not the people watching your videos
I agree. All of the top UA-cam channels keeps what they want and don't MASS REHOME unless outside circumstances mandate it. Don't buy ANYTHING unless you respect it enough to keep it forever.

Not a fan of the clickbait, you also didn’t really explain much about getting rid of them and which fish you kept.
Bruce Lee I wasn’t getting worked up, just wished he would’ve given more of an explanation. Would’ve made the video a lot better and less confusing. There was also no mention of a “huge mistake” like the thumbnail lead us to believe.

The seatbelt caused me to sub. As a fisherman I appreciate your love and appreciation for fish. It breaks my heart if I cause a fish to die. When I used to keep catfish, I'd make sure they were dead before I filet them. I had a fishing buddy that didn't and it was obvious they can feel that shit

That Dovii and Red Devil are both hybrids. Texas X Wolf cross. The big pinkish Red Devil looks like a Rose Queen attempt. Just a guess. Also Parrotfish can't close their mouths because they are doomed to be deformed. Like a failed experiment.

Problem is the size of pond needed would be really tough for me anyways, really 2 or 3 of them would need a pond size similar to what big rich has, that and alot of power heads since they love the fast flowing water..
Some of those tanks are way too small for the fish they are holding

I wouldn't get a jardini unless you plan to grow it out at a really young age with the fish you want to keep it with. Unless you do a large pond, that's the only way I've heard of jardini being kept with tank mates.
Matt Daddy; I have 3 very large red parrot fish I adopted 8 years ago. They are not as cute, but I love them. BTW, where is your Oscar I also love? Thanks for the awesome video:-)
I don’t like blood parrots either but then again I know a lot of people who don’t like Pacu yet I love my 3 Pacu ‘ lol.
With jardini they are ok if bought up small with other fish.
I’ve even seen two adult jardini together but that’s very rare they really do have an aggressive bastard temperament. I’m from Australia and have seen many.
All I know is if I ever get a big tank again( 240gal +) I’ll get an Asian arowana , a few or 2 stingrays, at least 1 wide bar Datnoid, an alligator gar , a few bichirs( weeksi, ornate, royal congicus) , ptennia splendors, if I can find some chevron snakeheads maybe a bowfin and that’s it ....,, , had this line up when I was 19 ,,,,,, 😕 life was so much easier back then

Its called Fish Keeping for a reason, i understand getting new fish is part of the hobby but rotating and dumping fish based on likes and trends is just plain irresponsible, lets teach the kids to keep a fish for 5 minutes or until the likes strt to drop off.

Hey Matt, what kind of fish is that at 9:15? You say gold something but I can't find anything about it. I bought one at an inch in size but they sold it as a jack Dempsey.
Sorry about your losses, but I'm anxious to see what you have in store for us now. After you grow everything out and get the new tanks and ponds, you should put discus in your 125, just food for thought. Anyways love the content, keep it up

If you find the right parrot they can be beautiful fish I got so lucky with mine she's a big ole girl with some attitude but they Definetly can be ugly if you dont find the perfect one

Harding comes down to the specific fishes personality, considering the size tank you have, I would say you have a good chance of making it work, but it seems you know the risk. That “dovii” is actually a Texas cichlids as well. Just found your channel, I hope you don’t make the dumb mistakes a lot of these other youtubers in the fish hobby do.

It's kind of a shame, it's clear your enthusiastic about the hobby and you love your fish but it seems like you get super excited and just buy new fish constantly over the excitement and pass along previous purchases. All of this is sadly becoming more common in this UA-cam fish keeping community.
