Looks like we have similar taste. I grabbed a bass just like that out of that tank. I’m thinking they were temensis azul hybrids since half looked tem and half looked azul. I’m thinking the one you got and one I got are going to be more on the azul side of things. Looks like you have had better pellet training luck than me so far.
Was just there on Saturday, I love that place. Nelson has helped me almost every time I’m in there. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable.

No such thing as a '24K Golden Albino Silver Arowana'. It's an Albino Silver Aro. Simple as that.
You should consider saltwater... I was a fresh water predator but I tried a saltwater and it was amazing

Yes but you need a bigger group (4 at least) because they're very aggressive with each other if not in big groups. People usually have one or a bigger group, and since they get quite big (14¨), people prefer one which seems to work well.
ElGallo i would still personally do a group, but personal presence I guess.
