탱글탱글 새콤달콤한 귤 젤리 만들기

재료
큰 사이즈 귤 6개, 물 500ml, 베이킹소다 1큰술, 얼음물
물 200ml, 레몬즙 50ml, 설탕 50g
물 300ml, 가루 젤라틴 20g, 설탕 30g

Material
6 large tangerines, 500ml of water, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, ice water
200ml of water, 50ml of lemon juice, 50g of sugar.
300ml of water, 20g of powdered gelatin, 30g of sugar.
만들기
1.귤 껍질을 제거하고 베이킹소다를 넣은 끓인 물에 30초간 데친다.
2.얼음물/흐르는물에 귤 속껍질을 씻어 제거한다.
3.물에 레몬즙 설탕을 넣고 설탕이 모두 녹을때까지 섞는다.
4.그릇에 귤을 넣고 시럽을 붓는다.
5.앞 뒤로 3시간씩 뒤집어가며 총 6시간을 시럽에 재워준다.
6.물에 젤라틴 설탕을 넣고 가루가 모두 녹을때까지 끓여준다.
7.젤리가 투명하고 미지근해질때까지 식혀준다.
8.아이스볼에 귤을 넣고 젤리를 틀 선까지 채운다음 뚜껑을 닫고 3~4시간동안 냉장보관해서 굳힌다.
9.젤리가 찢어질수 있으니 조심해서 틀에 분리해준다.

안녕하세요 오늘은 새콤달콤 탱글탱글한 귤젤리를 만들어봤습니다.
명절때 귤이 많이 들어와서 계속 놔두면 썩어버릴까봐 뭐 없을까 하다가
젤리로 만들어보자 해서, 처음에는 이걸 갈아서 과즙으로 젤리를 만들어보려고 했는데
맛은 있지만 생각보다 비주얼이 마음에 안들어서 이렇게 아이스볼을 이용해서 투명하고
반짝반짝하게 만들면 어떨까 싶어서 만들어봤습니다. 완전 이쁘지 않나요?ㅎㅎ
처음에 만들었을 때 젤라틴을 너무 많이 넣어서 탱탱볼마냥 단단하게 나와버려서(진짜 통통 튀더라구요ㅎ)
레시피를 수정했으니 여러분들이 만드실때에는 저렇게 탱탱하진 않고 시중에 판매하는
제리뽀처럼 찰랑찰랑하고 부드러운 느낌의 젤리를 맛보실수 있을거에요.

It's not this persons skills, it's that these aren't tangerines. These are satsumas, which are similar to tangerines, except for that satsumas are much easier to peel, are juicier, and are less stringy. They're a much better fruit. They're found in Japan and sparse parts of the southern U.S. (Like Loxley, AL!)
