ooh, I really would like to find a good backup rollerball pen that works with my fountain pen ink. I wonder if this could be it. I've has some bad experiences in the past so these days I normally stick to Pilot G2s
Hello Craig. Do you know by chance how to disasemble nib section of Kakimori fountain pen for thorough cleaning? Good presentation by the way. Informative.
The rollerball could be a versatile pen across a wide variety of papers including low quality ones. It reminds me of my Monteverde Engages with the converter.
THX for sharing❤Can the silver part of the handle part being removed from the pen?So it will be easier to clean it when change to different ink colours?
for whatever reason, noodlers baystate blue clogged up my rollerball... I ran noodlers spqr and habenero, no problem. then I went to baystate blue and it evidently is more permanent... it took about 2 hours of cleaning and almost half a converter of thin ink to clear it up, thank god... I had a similar issue with baystate concord grape. I had it in a pen for a bout a day, and when I went to adjust the piston, the o ring got stuck cause the ink twas so think and sticky... baystate is supposed to be permanent, so I guess it has different properties... anyone else have that issue?
Reverse writing on the rollerball was pretty funny.
😂
Nice video Craig! Reverse writing on a rollerball is good stuff 😂
The roller ball surprised me. Very smooth!
Have you used the similar Inventery Pocket Pen refillable roller?

Is this an updated design? on Kakimori's website, it says you can't put the cap on the tail end of the pen when writing.
Love the presentation Craig, this was awesome!!
Thanks so much Danny!

I see the Kakimora refillable aluminum roller is hard to find. Is it still available?
These pens have the same aesthetic as the Muji pens but with a Rotring 600 style clip. The Muji pens cost about £12.

Thank you for this review, mate 🤩
The rollerball looks kinda plastickey (the handle part), is that aluminium too or indeed just plastic?
It’s all aluminum!
@@CraigRoccanova Great, then I have a candidate for my next rollerball. :D
Thanks!
