@@peterhansen5124 Das ist die traurige Realität. Meistens reicht aber ein neuer Kabel. Die gibt es nicht überall. Was die meisten tun ist von defekte Geräte Kabel demontieren bevor man sie entsorgt. So hat man sie auf Lager wenn man einer braucht.

Nur der Stecker ersetzen reicht hier auch nicht. Vulkanisierte Stecker haben ein höhere Sicherheitsgrad als angeschraubte. Einfach ganze Kabel ersetzen.

If people took your advice and used a knife like you did, they would end up seriously cutting themselves. Just cut off the plug and buy a new plug where the wires are held by screws. Best to solder the strands before attaching to the new plug.

Soldering the strands is not advisable, since wires break more easily at the point between soldered and unsoldered. It is better to put ferrules on the strands and fix them by crimping.

The hand twisted wire splices are not mechanically sound, and heat will be generated under load, also the mechanical stress of the cable will be transferred to the hand-twisted splices which has no cable jacket or stress-relief protection.

Cheaper and SAFER and faster to get a replacement plug end. Better connections, more durable and takes less time. Unless we already have the shrink wrap ( I have a variety of sizes of it, btw, for other work ) you will spend more money buying this than another plug. Not to mention that particular knife and the scissors are not the best tools for this work.

DON't DO IT!! 💀💀💀
This "repair" is potentially lethal. The first time you jerk the cable it will pull apart exposing bare live wires. Not that I endorse this "repair" in the slightest, but you could at least have soldered the wires together.
It was a cr@p plug to start with, poor stress relief that ends abruptly causing the problem. Stress relief should be flexible and taper off gently from thick near the plug to thin. This does neither. And the "repair" has even worse relief, you've cut off what little there was..

Здравствуйте, это тоже хорошая идея, но если покупка затруднительна, у нас все равно есть способ справиться с неотложными ситуациями.
Это все равно, что клеить презервативы и выкладывать в сеть. И делать вид, что ты умный.

Как электрик не рекомендую такой ремонт даже времено если нет денег на новую вилку нужно хотябы запаять соединения .

Why not using soldering iron?
Надо разрезать вилку по шву , а не срезать все.Раскрыть в области проводов в вилке разрезанную по шву часть.Припаять провода ,не забыв одеть термоусадочную трубку на каждый провод.Потом сжать рзрезанную часть и обмотать иоляционнной лентой.Будет утолщение в области соединения проводов.Но вилка будет прочной и провода если снова обламаются их можно легко перепаять и снова обмотать изоляционной лентой разрезанную по шву часть вилки.
Это отличная идея! Разрезание вилки по шву и припаивание проводов с использованием термоусадочной трубки действительно может значительно усилить соединение. Хотя вилка будет немного толще в месте соединения, она станет гораздо прочнее. И самое главное, если провода снова сломаются, их можно легко перепаять и снова обмотать изоляционной лентой. Отличное решение для долговечности и удобства ремонта!
