I saw something similar to this when I was working as a colorist for Aveda, it wasn’t my client to begin with but when disaster strikes the troops are called in. This happened many years ago, yet, stays fresh in my mind. Great job.
Ppl are ppl ,they don’t know your job and what matters or don’t matter . I have to pull words out of my costumers and ask very specific questions . She called and asked “Tell me is this is still good “ It was like talking to the walls , she had a 2 yrs expired eye drops that she wanted to use 😨. Ppl are so clueless of what matters , you wouldn’t believe . We , as professionals , have to ask the important questions.
My niece had colored hair to a super light blonde (getting fixed up for first day as a freshman). That evening, she decided to perm her hair (oh it gets worse) and she feel asleep with the perm still on. Her hair looked like the hair in the pix. Gooey, gummy and didn’t resemble hair. 😢😢 but now 😂😂
Hairdressers need to ask these questions like doctors lol

My mum gets perms and wanted to bleach her hair. She didn't tell the hairdresser this and I'm like tell them about the perms MUM 😂
