You should lower the jack so there is weight on the jack stand. You don't want to just leave it for the weight to come slamming down if that jack fails. Also should definitely hang that caliper. If it falls and breaks that brake line, it's gonna ruin your day. Otherwise a good overall tutorial

how can i unscrew the inner bolt with rubber seal, rust won't unscrew

The slide bolts seize up on these constantly. The calipers are cheap and come with brackets. I'm assuming the fact they are 87$ VS 250 for Ford.
